The only reason to turn in is to see if Rosen is playing better than Allen did. Stats only tell so much. I want to see how he operates. Anderson will be a good gauge of how lost Allen was out there. If we actually do something on offense, it's all on the QB's and we need to stay competitive with Anderson until Allen is truly ready to take over.

I read fine bubba. And one game is the difference in making the playoff or watching the playoffs. Every game counts. When McCarron was traded we should have made a move to bring some experience into the QB room. "Playoff Caliber" is the motto. And that applies to our defense. We should not have let the offense go to hell before Halloween. All we can do is hope DaBoll shows competence and Anderson doesn't Peterman it.

Anderson with 4 more weeks to prepare would not have ***** the bed in Houston, hence 3-3 instead of 2-4. Big difference! And maybe the Green Bay game would have gone differently. 4-2 Very Big difference. Baltimore, who knows. Did all 3 QB's look so bad it took our coaches 8 weeks to figure out the best of the worst. How do you not figure out that Peterson can't throw an out. Was Tre White playing with his hands tied behind his back in practice to make Peterson look like a game 1 starter. There was a serious lack of attention put on the QB position. With Bridgewater sitting around waiting for a chance to start, we missed the boat. With Anderson sitting around waiting to mentor. How can you tell me Peterson looked so good that no one saw this coming and we thought Allen and Peterson would carry the team for a year with no vets, no OL and a rag tag bunch of street bums at WR. Darnold and McCown (who played very well) plenty of insurance ICE

No Bills on the offensive side of the ball should be allowed on a fantasy roster. I've got AJ Green, Calvin Ridley and Antonio Brown on the bye. I would not jeopardize first place to be a homer for the Bills. Every time I put a Bill on FanDuel it costs me money. Lesson learned. I played the Bills D last week and won $10 on a $2.00 play. But to win bills you can't play Bills.

I'm processed out. Damn process gives me the worst gas. Especially when we have the ball. -
I'll take the first part any day. A win is a win. I don't want the first pick that badly. Unless we view Bosa as a confirmation prize for enduring this year. Every Bills fan is blinded by optimism and drunk on Kool-Aide hoping and praying we get average play from whoever we trot out as our QB. This is no different. We hope and dream that somehow we uncovered a gem or struck lightning in a bottle and magically we get better. Realism sets in after a difficult loss and we come here to b*tch.

Now that Anderson is at the helm, it will allow us to make some final decisions on a few things: #1 KB- If KB was frustrated with crappy QB play, then at least he has some familiarity with Anderson. If they get on the same page over the next few weeks, it will go a long way to point out the root of the problem. If KB steps up, then we know that is was on the QB's. If KB is the same POS, then we can run him out of town with no regrets. #2 DaBoll. Anderson is a wise vet, though he doesn't have the physical talent of Allen. If DaBoll is a real OC we will see if he can scheme up plays that actually work. Although the play book will be dumbed down, the basic scheme can be executed by a veteran who understands pre-snap alignments and pressure. This alone should put people in the right position to make plays and execute their assignments. #3 the RB's and OL Since we should be a little more run heavy, we get the opportunity to see if we can enforce our will at the LOS. With Anderson able to make the adjustments and intermediate throws, including the dreaded NP out, perhaps we can achieve some balance. If Murphy and Ivory really step up, then it may be time to get something for Shady. Personally, I'd like to see Shady play out his contract here. This is also a great opportunity to see what we have on our OL once and for all. #4 Peterson. It seems the wise choice was made and the pressure is off Peterman to carry the offense. If Anderson goes down for any reason, this is Nate's last chance at redemption. He should be shown the door, but stranger things have happened. I'm glad McD wised up and went with the vet. If Anderson blows up, then going back to Peterman will be his only choice and it's better than trying the opposite. Add your takes on what you see playing out over the next 2-4 weeks.

Derek Anderson to start vs Colts

So the choice was playing a Rusty Anderson or a Limp Peterman. Either way we're screwed. -
It’s Brocktober in Miami!

We also have to blame DaBoll for calling the out. Everyone, I repeat, EVERYONE knows that Peterman can not throw an out. He is Mr. Pick 6 on that throw and did it again. -
The answer was simple. After Peterman ***** the bed in game #1, they needed to bring someone in. These idiots kept churning the bottom of the roster for everything but a proven vet. Anderson would be well up to speed now and he wouldn't have lost the Houston game. Even the garbage choices like Lynch and Jones are better than Peterman. We could bring Jim Kelly back and have better results than Nate. The blind loyalty to him is sick.

4-12 is a stretch with this offense. If we win 6, I'd be surprised. Unless Anderson lights a fire under his ass and regains his form of 2012, it's pretty much a lock that this season goes down in flames. All the process in the world, all the clapping and family time meetings and pouring out our hearts to each other in the locker room can not remove the stench of the QB situation and the FO's refusal to properly address it coming into the year. Peterman, really? WTF!

How much blame does Daboll deserve?

DaBoll is one of the main culprits IMO. His offense is so bad that players can't even get into position on time. The scheme doesn't take advantage of our strengths and the QB's look lost. How do you ever call the out pattern for Peterman in a tie game with 2 minutes left on your own 25? That sh!t is criminal. -
I think he's #4 just a bit behind Rosen. Mayfield is already a field general. Jets are putting up 30+ a game with no true offensive stars, Rosen has been a hair better than Allen in moving the chains and accuracy. I'm ok with Josh for now because of his arm. By this time next year, I expect him to be making the throws that Mahomes is making. That's his upside. His downside is Glennon or Osweiller. Brock is just turning the corner now after being demoted. I truly think the Bills messed this up bad by not bringing in Teddy B and/or McCarron and letting Peterman go. How his name is still on the roster today melts my brain a little.

Please don't make me cry again. Every snap is like a tiny tear floating down a sea of 40 year Bills misery. This is how Lake Erie was made.
