At least the problem is fixed. Allen is our franchise, now we need to keep Barkley as QB #2 for 3-4 years. Throw one development guy into the mix. Overall, we all feel better about the future. Now lets fix OL, WR, RB and give the kid some weapons. Draft/FA another DT, LB, CB and we are ready to contend in '19.

If my QB can make 45 yd runs, it's just as good as a 45yd pass in my book. -

Daboll needs to learn that this offense does not run through Shady anymore. We need to mix it up. Shady is not the focal point and every time he is, we end up in the hole. Shady can not carry this O. -

McKenzie was a good pickup. We need to build on these young guys. -

Yeah a great throw right in his hands and he still jumped to catch it with his body, then almost fumbled. I'm just glad he made a play. -
I'm ready to see what Daboll has dialed up for Josh and if the new speed of Foster/McKenzie/Thompson can be put into consistent good use. Would love to see the OL take shape with Teller and Josh take control of the game and make smart decisions and accurate throws. The crowd should be pumped up at New Era so let's get ready for some football.

As long as the offense comes alive and shows hope for next year then I'm ok. I'm thinking a Billsy 3-3 finish puts us at 6-10 just enough to draft 8-11and miss out on some elite talent. But if Allen is the franchise QB I can live with that. A sad part of me wants to see what Barkley can do if Allen sucks it up. We need to keep him around for the next few years as QB#2 or better.

I can understand the OP's intent here. I think with all three QB's (Peterman's lack of strength, Allen's accuracy and McCarron's lack of game) the FO thought that they needed some big bodied receivers with a large catch radius who could make contested catches and keep the chains moving. Unfortunately KB destroyed that, Holmes is a low end JAG and the speed guys weren't ready for primetime so we suffered through it and made adjustments. We will see how the new blood works. So far, so good.

D.) ALL of the Above Marrone/Hackett manlove is a destructive force, much like the McPeterman bonding. Hackett can not hack it. He's always had a bad offense. The closest they came to any success was when Fournette was rolling over people and they had a good trio of WR's. Now it's back to Bortles and he is a bottom 10 QB. Marcell plays great in motivated spurts. Unfortunately that dominance lasts about a week and then he's the lazy fat ass waste of roster space we all came to despise. JAX is discovering the real DairyAss this year. Caldwell, as much as we may love him, the mistakes outlined above hold true. He needs to draft well next year QB/WR and Jax could be back on top. I give Caldwell a pass until after 2019. The rest are guilty as charged by the OP.

Charles Clay - back in 2019?
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dude, Clay is always nursing some sort of injury. 550 yds and a few TD's is not a top tier TE. Sorry to burst your bubble. Is Clay a top 5 TE if he was on the Saints, Rams, Chiefs or Pats. I say no. He is in the 12-18 range even with a top QB. Is Clay your #1 or #2 TE on your fantasy team. . If so, your last place team full of worthless Bills is ready for the Sacko Trophy. On to R. Woods. He did not suck. I like him. He should be a 1000 yd 8 TD solid #2. Yes the Bills have crappy QB's. No one can argue that fact. But Clay love, KB love, Peterman love is only going to break your heart. -
Especially with Deonte getting a target or 2. Foster may get 2-3 targets and has to hit one. Zay will get 7+ targets but not a lot deep. You've get better options than going with Bills. They are the death of FF.
