1st Ammendment NoMas

For me, the only thing that will truly make this season sufferable is if we beat the Patriots in NE. That's the season. We need to not only send them.a statement that their time as AFC East Champs is over after this year. We need to knock them out of the #1 or #2 seed and make sure they do not have a bye week. I want them on the road in the playoffs against Houston or KC or I want them playing San Diego in the Divisional round. This dynasty must come to an end in the hands of our Bills and next year we sweep them. We need to send the message loud and clear in their house. I've had enough of Pats fans laughing at us. A win in NE would be a big statement and I think we have the defense to make it happen. So tell me, other than this miracle, what would you like to see happen?

If that was a 6 year old Little Loop WR instead of Clay that ball would have been caught. It was like a soft pop fly to center field, a complete lack of judgement and depth perception until it was too late. Clay is a POS.

What I love so far about this kid is his movement in the pocket. Every pass he is under some type of pressure. Our OL is bad and we all know it. JA does not flinch, he finds open areas to scramble to, makes his 2nd, 3rd reads and then depending on the pressure either makes the throw, throws it away or takes off. His running is more purposeful and not the Tyrod happy feet with no chance of a pass. He will get better and as time goes on, have a better line, and better receivers who he will have years to build a rapport with. Very encouraging indeed. But the team as a whole has been a let down, especially ST under Crossman, and of course KB, Clay, Shady, the OL and Murphy, Gaines, Davis on D.

I really hate refs. They have f'ked the game of football beyond epic proportions.

Stone dick Clay stood in the end zone with no one around him. He barely came back to the ball, then shorted himself, dove forward and dropped it. Sh^tty play from an overpaid crap TE who needs to be cut.

Pretty much agreed. We may want to keep Bodine. He'd still be a serviceable backup at C if we draft a rookie high, plus the line has actually played sufficient with him in there. There has been a big drop-off when Groy is at C. I'd also keep Mills as a backup swing T. Hopefully we upgrade but he has improved a little. Shady needs to take a payout to stay. I'd give him 3 yrs at 5-6m to be the change of pace guy. Look at what Lindsey is doing in DEN. We need to find that kind of young talent later in the draft or UDFA.

McD is a mixed bag, just like this team. He gets one more year. This offseason has to address the glaring deficiences we have all mentioned in numerous threads, then we make our final judgement.

The only thing that promotes a winning culture is winning the damn game. Good teams overcome and win. That said, the refs definitely did not help. We thoroughly overpowered the Phins and are the better team. But too many guys were tripping over their own ***** today. It was one of those days where stupid plays doomed the team. You can't have that on a winning team.

I was talking about Clay since the OP referenced him but this criticism equally applies to both. They cost the team 2 wins at the least. This team could be 6-6 even with the Peterman fiasco.

I think we need a solid #1WR, #TE, C, RG and RT and a new #1RB to compliment Allen. I think we have our QB. Shady is not the same, I'm not sure if he has a bounce back year, but we need more from the RB position. Maybe a better OL will do the trick. I'm happy Zay is breaking out. Nice to see Foster and McKenzie chipping in. If Ray Ray can slot in as a #4 that would help too.

Agreed! I think the Dolphins gift wrapped this loser to us for a time like this. I wouldn't have matched vet minimum on this loser.
