Lorax - should he be extended?
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
thumb up for Lorax. As long as he keep playing at his current level, he can play however long he wants. -
Youse is in for a treat

after 185yds and 3 INTS and a 27-10 loss, you might have a different take on Darnold. -

I did too, also picked up Zay but he's on the bench for now. I'm debating to start him. -
Julio Jones and the 2019 Bills

Losing Freeman hurt that offense and Sarkisian seriously sucks as OC. Add some problems on the OL and bam, it's an inconsistent but talented offense. -
I'm ok with it, other than Allen's last throw. Maybe he could have heaved it 5 more yards, but the throw was good enough. On the ALL-22 Clay plays it like a pop fly to center and waits waaaayyyy too long before making a break back to the ball. He wouldn't have even had to diver forward. He could have come back and ran into the catch. I put this on Clay 75/25. Allen was scrambling from pressure. Clay was taking a nap in center field.

That's the problem with guaranteeing contracts. They need to rid this in the CBA and its only valid in case of injury. Why this fat-ass loser WR is able to pocket 2.1million to do nothing, while the rest of America works their ass off for less than 5% of that salary is what is wrong with sports. I don't care if someone gets paid good money, but they have to earn it.

Yeah, I'm with you on this. I think we concentrate on filling C/RG via free agency and the draft and give Mills another year. With 3 new OL, plus needs at WR/RB and CB/DE/DT and possibly one LB spot, you can only fill so many holes with high draft picks and top FA's. I don't want a lot of JAG's in FA filling depth and holes. I want to see us get solid top flight vets and keep drafting well. Mixing it up to fill the holes. I hope we resign Barkley but he may be determined to start and/or be the bridge QB with NY Giants, Tampa, Miami, Cinci, JAX, Oak or possibly TB.

Why is the punter the holder?
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to NakedSquid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
yes, he was. -
I actually expect this to happen. We are a far better team than Miami. We should have beaten them by 10-14+ and we will in our house. NE on the road is a challenge no expect this team to meet. I do! I think we have the defense to shut down Brady and Gronk. Keep Michel and White contained and the game falls into Gordon/Edelman with Brady under pressure. I think JA can score on NE's defense. The hope is that Shady comes out of his tomb and Ivory, Murphy can contribute to moving the chains and pounding NE for over 200 on the ground with 2-3 TDs. If Allen throws for another 175-250 with no INT, we can win.

Time to start suspending Refs

I'm with you. Start punishing these assclowns for destroying the game. Every game I have watched this season, Bills and non-Bills has had terrible officiating. The calls are so blatantly one-side as to favor certain teams. Last night Pittsburgh was robbed clean by that crew. The NFL has to clean this mess up. -
JA can flat out ball. He spun Kiko around like a top on numerous occasions. It was joyful to watch. The kid is big and strong. I love the fact that he has wheels for a body his size. He's elusive, smart, fast and learning the game. Hopefully he continues to improve and stay healthy. I see no problem at all with the dual threat he brings to this offense. With a pro line and some weapons, we could be dangerous. And yes, no matter what happens we still need to beat NE in their house. That will end the year quite nice for the city of Buffalo. And since the Sabres are ahead of the Bruins we will finally have some bragging rights over those blowhard Boston fans.

Noah Fant - TE Iowa - Should Bills pick at 8
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to Sanners's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not at 8. No TE is worth that. Tampa drafted OJ Howard at 19 and are still looking for a payday after 2 years. He is coming on, but not a game-changer. Ebron went 10th and it's taken him 4 years and 2 teams to make any impact. Ertz and Gronk were drafted in the 2nd round. Kelce and Cook went in the 3rd. We need a stud, game changing WR if we draft in the top 10. OL, TE, RB stars have been found in rounds 2-5 and beyond. -
Sure, I'm all for it, but Josh is going to develop no matter what. We see where he is headed. Beating the Patriots in NE takes the stink off everything. It's a wake up call for the AFC East. It's taking our most hated rival and delivering a message that will carry over into 2019. If Allen plays lights out the rest of the season and we go 2-2 or even 3-1 and still lose the Patriots game, all it says is "we're improving" "someday we will catch up to your mighty powerhouse." A win shuts those blowhard fans up, it causes chaos in NE. It may take home field advantage away from NE. It may drop their seeding. A win gives the Bills confidence and momentum going into 2019. A win tells Free Agents, "come to Buffalo and be a part of something special" We are here to stay. A win invigorates the city of Buffalo and tells Tom Brady "it's ok to hang up your cleats, your reign has come to an end" The above scenario versus "hey look Josh is getting good" has no comparison.
