lowest value of draft picks
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to dbfla10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My guess is 2-3 draftees have impact and 4 make the team. 1 Edge, 1 RB, 1 WR and maybe a LB. I think Beane trades up in the 2nd or 3rd to get someone they really want. If not, by the 4th he definitely will. This is all they need. Any diamonds in the rough (maybe development QB) are gravy at this point. And quality FA are still out there to fill holes, especially at RB. -
Why not a Free Agent RB2?

I like me some Devonta Freeman. He was a beast and not having to carry the burden of being #1 may keep some tread off those tires and keep him fresh. Him and David Johnson were beasts a few years ago. Maybe he returns to form. -

I had him on my fantasy team and he carried me to the Championship. He'l be a top 3 pick this year. I got him at 8 last year. -
POLL: How much should a safety be worth?
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to cage's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd like 6 and the ball. Not a voting option. Makes it more valuable than a defensive TD and it is a play that is more rare. -
Raiders New Stadium

It is cool. I went to Vegas a lot for work over the last 2 years so it's cool to see it from inception to completion. When the Bills play there, I will definitely hit it up. -
For one day be nice to Robert Kraft

Can you even trust masks made in China anymore? I'm happy that the guy from MyPillow is making them. I'd buy those. -
Fixed - Knox needs to learn how to catch the ball, not a top 20 TE - Kroft is not a top 32 TE, not a starter and not a threat to any defense - Croom can catch an STD - Smith can block plus kill drives with penalties - Sweeney is a 7th rounder and has proved nothing. ADD Talent wherever you can get it. Walker was a top 10 TE when healthy. Kick the tires, it can't hurt. The more competition, the better.

Marvel Themed NFL Team Helmets
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to BisonMan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was thinking the same thing. Cleveland helmet looked cool. I didn't mind the Bills look, at least it wasn't that cartoony kid feel. Hated those ones. But I am a football fan and not much of a Marvel fan. -
Lamar lite. That's what they will be. It's probably the reason they let Gordon walk, will feature Ekeler and run an offense similar to the Ravens. Tyrod can hit those easy throws to the TE and find the open receiver most of the time. Where he suffered was in the pocket and he's got a coach that knows his strengths and saw how defenses couldn't defend Baltimore. Until defenses catch up, this is a copycat league.

https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/seven-round-2020-nfl-mock-draft-buccaneers-help-tom-brady-with-o-linemen-and-rb-patriots-take-round-3-qb/ CBS with a doozy of a draft here for the diehards. I think Josh Edwards has not been paying attention to our board or our recent moves. Summary: Rd 2 We pick up Weaver. EDGE I could live with that if he dropped.but everything after is crap. Rd3 We go Troy Pride CB with Moss still on the board (reminds me of a TJ Graham move) Rd 4 We take our RB and go with Vaughn. I know a few posters wanting him so they'd be happy. Boom or bust. Rd 5 Tristian Colon Castillo. OL --- no thanks for any OL with Castillo ties - don't know about him. Dillon is on the board still. Rd 6 Quartney Davis WR - supposed to have big play ability. Rd 6 Joe Bachie LB supposed tackling machine... by this time I'm hoping Beane packaged this pick to move up in the 2nd or 3rd and get a stud.

RB is a really GLARING need, right?
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to Richard Noggin's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think with Gaines and Williams signings they go RB then BPA all the way down. After all these signings I think they may even trade up in the second or to the end of the first to get their guy . Get that game-changer that could be an all-pro. It might be a dream but trading up to nab Taylor, Swift, Chaisson, Epenesa or even Kmet would be very interesting. -

Wish list: FA (Sign one) Carlos Hyde, Devonta Freeman or Chris Thompson plus Draft one Dobbins, Helaire-Edwards, Moss, Dillon or maybe there's a sleeper the Bills are targeting. -
Respect the Process, Quarantine version

I love McD. Glad he's our coach. This guy is a winner and true blue Buffalonian. A Super Bowl win would be so so so so so so sweet. -
Thanks for posting. I always liked Diggs and thought he made Thielen a better receiver. Watch how much Brown and Beasley get open because of him. I am very glad you posted and started a new thread. After 20-30 pages of a thread it gets to be a lot to cover and by the time it hits 50-60+, I rarely sift through it all to find the nuggets of good info, especially if I come back a day later and the thread spreads like a.... I won't go there.

Breshad Perriman vs Draftng a WR
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to r henderson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think guys like Claypool, Mims, Pittman will be really solid pros. By the time they develop we have a solid #2 for when Brown or Beasley cost too much and we have to pay Allen or in case of injury he can step up and contribute. We need the depth and weapons for JA. Plus they would be an upgrade over Duke. It all depends on BPA in the 2nd/3rd. If a really good OT (Thomas, Jones) or RB drops (Dobbins, Swift, Akers) or we really want to trade up for someone we really want. (I trust Beane and McD know who that is) then address WR in the 3rd/4th. For the first time in a long time I trust the draft will fill needs and they will get their man. -
Breshad Perriman vs Draftng a WR
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to r henderson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm at the point where I'm hoping we pick up Claypool or Pittman in the 2nd or 3rd or Peoples-Jones in the 3rd/4th if he drops that far. They will be on team friendly deals and develop and we will be set. Can't see giving another WR 6m+ for 3-4 years. We will need that money for 2021/2022 to resign our own, especially if Allen develops the way we hope. -
Colts release Pierre Desir; signed by Jets
1st Ammendment NoMas replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Get 'er done. He's definitely a process guy and an upgrade to the secondary. at 7m, I'd try to get him for 3-4 years. If Norman works out well we have some serious depth and wouldn't have to spend an early pick on CB. We can go RB/OT/LB with our first three picks.
