I'm on this train. We need time to make adjustments and the offense collapsed and left the D hanging out to dry. Also this defense is so inconsistent it is mind-boggling. They have not created any turnovers, no big sacks or momentum altering plays other than really bad penalties on 3rd and long. They seem to fall apart on 3rd down and that has been a hallmark of the Bills D since the glory years. This defense gets rammed for big plays on a regular basis. The Bills are barely watchable and any sane fan is going to lose their marbles watching this mess on the field. I also attribute 75+% of our problems to coaching. Rex is truly a very bad coach and does not deserve a job in the NFL. He is stealing from the Pegula's who bought his BS and let him take a playoff roster and turn it into a top 10 draft position. First, shot! I'd do everything we could to bring in Chad Kelly and get Jimbo involved in his development. Second, . I'd give up a 2nd or 3rd rounder for MCarron. Third, I'd swap a 3rd/4th for Glennon. Fourth option, and a last shot if no one else is available: I'd give up a 4th for Romo and pay him on an incentive based 2 yr deal.

This is our December discussion on road to 6-10, 7-9, 8-8, 9-7.... Never good enough to make the playoffs, never bad enough to land a blue-chipper. Never smart enough to find a diamond in the rough, never healthy enough to make a run, never talented enough to overcome the deficiencies at QB. Never tough enough to overcome obstacles and be winner and always, always, making excuses, sharing dreams and calling for the head of a crappy head coach.

Put Brady in Buffalo with our coaches and system and he plays like a 6th round pick.

New England is in the bottom five for spenders. This shows that regardless of the spend, it is the coaches and the system that create a winning culture. We could spend twice as much and Rex would screw it up. He's a below .500 coach and needs to be cut along with the rest of the front office. If we are going to spend $75m more than the Patriots, let's at least spend it on proper coaches, conditioning and training.
