  1. He's out with a concussion again... made of glass.
  2. the roster got marginally better today by a hair.
  3. I like Trae over Colt anyway. WR is the problem. Matthews had been a rock compared to Sammy and for the first time in his career he will miss a good part of the season. That sucks. Would love Boldin to come around. Philly just doesn't do it. Holmes and Zay need to step up big time. I am not sure why <cD doesn't see the value in bringing up Reilly, but he must see something everyday that we don't see on game days.
  4. YES!!! This 1000x. We can now see how blatant this disrespect went.
  5. My thoughts too. McD is so process oriented that he wants someone who is familiar with the system and can rotate in. The PS guys know what is happening and they probably don't want a vet coming in looking for a paycheck unless they are 100% bought into the system and coaches. mcD is clearing out the dead wood and won't bring more in,
  6. Oh how I hope Carr is still laid up when we get the Raiders. This D will eat EJ alive.
  7. Watching the Chiefs last night was insightful. After the game, Alex Smith was asked about the final minutes and how they pulled the game out. He was quoted as saying that they practice "situational football" repetitively and when the moment comes it is like a motor skill that they are prepared for. I think this is one of the reasons that the Chiefs, with no real stars, seem to win year in and year out. They are a team that is prepared and has a process to get there. I believe McD has taken these principals to Buffalo and it is working. Tre White basically had the same answer when asked how he took in the fumble for the touchdown. He used the same words "we practice situational football." He said this is the same thing I do in practice every day. These are habits that breed winning. Camp Rex was a damn joke. He never had this team disciplined or prepared. He couldn't make an in-game adjustment to save his fat life and certainly never had a game plan that would take advantage of a team's weakness. Rex was bloated with his paycheck and guaranteed money and knew that no matter what, he could ride off into the sunset with Pegs cash and sit on his fat ass for the next three years banking off his failure. McD is the opposite. He has something to prove and he was raised the right way. He earned his win. Rex had football handed to him from Daddy and never had to work for it. Buffalo is a blue-collar, roll up your sleeves and work for success town and I am glad we finally have a leader who works hard and demands the same from everyone else in the organization. I can see this team becoming a KC clone. No stars, just a solid team that wins and is always in the playoff conversation. GO BILLS!!!!
  8. the only way that call on Ryan's fumble get's reversed is if the name on his jersey changes to Brady.
  9. Agreed. We need a change of pace that has the ability to break off big plays like Tevin Coleman, Tarik Cohen, Jamaal Charles, Gilly. Tolbert is not that guy.
  10. Thanks for posting. Glad you enjoyed the game. It must have been awesome. What a treat for Bills fans.
  11. had to happen. No way Glennon is the future. With Watson's success, Bears figured they had nothing to lose.
  12. that 5-1 Fitzy flashback comes to mind. He signs a huge contract then craps the bed and the team folds. I do think this team is different. McD has more grit.
  13. I wouldn't mind me some Hodges. He looked great. I'm surprised we cut him. But who leaves if we add him and a WR?
  14. Opie don't play that!
  15. Powell and Reilly need to get extended looks.
  16. I'm with you on that one. The Refs made some bad call against the Bills too, but I think overall things worked out 50/50 instead of going against us 25/75 like they seem to before.
  17. Right! I was like wtf,,, shut up douchebag... Couldn't listen to his bitchy Falcon whining trying to question every call. What a homer.
  18. I think everyone is an injury away at an important position where depth will be the difference of winning and losing. If Brady goes down, NE is really in trouble. For Jets, Powell or MCCown, for Buffalo Shady. For Miami, Ajai, maybe Landry.
  19. The AFC East is up for grabs. Even after the Carolina loss, the Pats still did not look like the world-beaters everyone claimed they were. They have no real workhorse RB and they are getting thin at WR. Their D is not great. I took a shot at Dennison, but he is slowly winning me over, catering his play calls to TT's strengths. Zay is the weak link at WR for now and I hope they bring up Powell and Reilly soon. I also hope Matthews is ok. We need everyone. Dawkins has stepped up and when Glenn comes back, it would be awesome to see him take over for Mills. On D, we need Gaines to be ok and the secondary is looking nice. We really missed Shaq today, but the D overcame and when the game was on the line, they stood tall. I am in shock! Utter shock. This goes to show us how bad Rex was. He really screwed up. I think we are on the right track, but need to stay healthy. This was A HUGE HUGE WIN and the AFC EAST is here for the taking.
  20. WOW WOW. Just putting my heart back in my chest.
