  1. kodi is an add-on for the firestick that allows streaming of pretty much everything. movies, tv shows, sporting events etc. tvaddon not working explains why I can't get the new stick to work with kodi. I'll have to try the new ones mentioned here.
  2. It would certainly zig while the league is zagging. That big ball lineup would be tough for the smaller teams. However I would be concerned about ball movement and spacing with them. Let alone Roses knees
  3. I think it is camp dependent but if any of the young guys show anything I think Yates is gone. He is a coach during training camp. I'm with you biscuit if he makes the team it speaks poorly of cardale and peterman. Best case scenario is TT looks fantastic and Peterman/Cardale look promising while Yates is looking for a new team.
  4. I run the full gamut of emotions when it comes to suicide. Unfortunately I too have had several close to me commit suicide. I'm always angry when I first hear about it. I'm mad at the person for hurting those around. I'm mad at them for not asking for help and I'm mad at myself for not seeing it coming. I get that people must be hurting tremendously to do such a thing to themselves but I can't ever imagine hurting so much it seems like an option let alone the best or only option for them. He had kids and a wife that will now wonder what they could have done and blaming themselves for not stopping it. I don't even know what I'm trying to say here but suicide seems like it should be preventable and yet it isn't. We have a lot of learning to do about dealing with mental illness and helping those in need. Also if you are under 40 and a male don't tell me you didn't rock this song
  5. Apparently he was very good friends and it is Cornell's 53rd birthday. Here is what he wrote to Cornell https://twitter.com/ChesterBe/status/865227703091208192/photo/1?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&ref_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nme.com%2Fnews%2Fmusic%2Fchris-cornell-chester-bennington-tribute-2073635 I just can't wrap my head around suicide.
  6. Both fair assessments I think the volume stats are going to be important for TT this year. This offense will likely ask much more of him which is why I think we will have our answer after this year. If he can increase the volume while keeping his career averages I think that would bode well for him as a long term option. If asking more of him sinks his production we can easily move on. I like the new deal for TT and the team. I did just think of something. Although the schedule appears hard because everyone is focused on the QBs that the Bills will have to face, the defenses Tyrod will face aren't better than they were last year. Going by DVOA this year the average is 17.75 for ranking as opposed to 16.5 last year. Taking out division opponents it moves to 17.2 for the upcoming year and 15.3 for 2016. I know things aren't the same year to year but the offense could improve simply from the fact that they are facing easier defenses. Add in some (hopeful) growth from TT and we could see a top 10 offense regardless of record this year. I love having that extra first next year as it allows for so much flexibility in the QB decision.
  7. Since I respect both of your opinions... What does this mean to you then? Would you advocate a move on from him if he did this? Or do the numbers not matter so much as how he gets them (peaks and valleys vs. consistent performances)?
  8. Neither? Seriously I had to google to make sure Arya was of age lol.
  9. Indeed. I didn't mean to imply she isn't hot. Just that I prefer Margaery
  10. I saw a tweet that James Harden will be paid 3 times as much as the Rockets owner did for the team when he bought them!
  11. way above my fandom but... He uses vaapad which balances light and dark. He also is the only one to use a purple lightsaber. Sith use red and jedi use blue. Mix them and you get purple. Further he was going to kill Palp without a trial before Anakin talks him out of it and then cuts his hand off. If you go on you tube there are some videos done about the theory. Here is one
  12. Absolutely. My one gripe with Gilmore is a grabber and it won't get called in New England. I expect him to live up to every bit of that contract and "all of a sudden" become a star in the league. He will get the Patriot bump that Hogan got last year. Everyone needs to prepare for the "I'm sorry but I miss Gilmore" thread that is coming. Unless of course he gets injured
  13. Freudian! I'm so bummed she won't be in the show anymore but Cersei is such an amazing character. I hate her as I'm supposed to but felt bad for her when Tommen jumped and loved when she had the woman from the sept chained to the table. I got chills with the "you won't be dying for a while" line. I binged this series from the middle of May until last week and could barely stand the week I had to wait for a new episode. I had to google each to see who they played. Oona indeed loved her. They did a great job making Rose homely as a wildling. I also learned that Jon Snow dates Ygritte in real life. Now you all also have that incredibly useless piece of knowledge.
  14. Well I will agree that Sansa is gorgeous Margaery was my favorite on the show. Just an absolute smokeshow.
  15. I sat there a few times. My mother used to get invited by a Multiple Sclerosis group and the 2 of us would go up there. Players would pop over (I have a picture with Spiller after his first practice with my f*ck the Fish shirt on) and sign some things (I have a Trent signed jersey - accepting all bids ), there are some snacks, and they are shaded. Other than that it is no different than anywhere else. People over where the players come in and out looked to have a lot more success getting things signed as all players must go by them. I really enjoyed the shade more than anything lol. I clicked on this thread with the express intent of asking if anyone had heard from you and if you would be there this year. Thank you for all you do. Seriously. The only reason I am excited for camp is because it means your reports start again. Thank you. I can't say it enough! Yup every bit of this.
  16. Ball really impressed me during Summer League. I know it is only summer league but I do enjoy his brand of basketball. Magic Johnson is the reason I am a Laker fan and I would emulate the no look passes on the playground. I love free flowing basketball so much more than half court sets. Passing is contagious as we saw from his team mates as well. I don't think they can climb out of the cellar quite yet in a ridiculously stacked west but Ball is the kind of player that might help actually attract players when the Lakers make their big move next year. I'm dreaming of LeBron to the Lakers still.
  17. my favorite theory so far is that it is mace windu. we saw him go out the window but we never saw him die. Darth plageuis is the most popular theory and another one id buy. come to think of it did we see a body for Darth sidious after getting thrown down the shaft?
  18. NFL: Patriots go undefeated and win the super bowl Cowboys and Chiefs miss the playoffs Raiders have a worse record but still win what turns out to be a weak AFC West Wentz struggles again this year and Philly freaks out (I also win my bet with Ryan L Billz) Bills: Watkins plays in 16 games Running game regresses while the passing game improves TJ Yates doesn't make it out of camp Jerry Hughes has 12+ sacks
  19. You ever seen the things white people do videos? I think skydiving is a perfect example of this. Every time I read a story about people dying because of it I think well it's your own damn fault for jumping out of a perfectly good plane. I never have and never will go skydiving.
  20. I know you are kidding but a friend of mine works for the unemployment office. He said that a lot of the guys that get cut during tc file for unemployment. They list Buffalo Bills as their previous employer. It had never even occurred to me that they would file and/or be eligible.
  21. So nobody has anything to say about TT being ranked 12th best QB in the league by Yahoo? Color me surprised!
  22. This is exactly where my head is at with the scenario as well. I know we are a battered fan base but maybe just maybe the Bills were Tyrod's best option among the teams interested in him when taking these points into consideration. It isn't ever just one player. People have mentioned the EJ comeback against Carolina upthread. I remember FJax making an incredible heads up play and batting down a ball instead of catching it in the backfield. EJ gets the credit for a td pass with 2 seconds left but the win was made possible by that play. I won't start a new thread for this but I thought it would start some fireworks Yahoo ranks all QB situations in the NFL 13. Buffalo Bills (20 points) Starter: Tyrod Taylor (12th) Backup: Cardale Jones, TJ Yates, Nathan Peterman (17th) The group of starters between about 10 and 15 is nearly impossible to rank. Taylor has quietly been very solid for the Bills in his two seasons in Buffalo, but his numbers won’t necessarily speak to that for a few reasons. He played in a run-based system (Buffalo had a 46.4 percent of its yards come on the ground, most in the league by a wide margin), calls the league’s coldest and snowiest stadium home and, most importantly, just hasn’t had the weapons around him to succeed. You can’t change where you play, but you can change who’s around you, and that’s what the Bills did, bringing in free agent wide receivers Philly Brown and Andre Holmes and drafting Zay Jones. They added Dion Dawkins, who should help patch up the porous right side of the line (Taylor took a league-leading 42 sacks), in the draft. They also have a completely new system with head coach Sean McDermott and offensive coordinator Rick Dennison. But none of those additions are nearly as important as a healthy Sammy Watkins. In 2015, when Watkins played in 13 games, Taylor finished fifth in yards per attempt. In 2016, when Watkins played just eight games, Taylor fell to 21st. Behind Taylor, Jones beat out E.J. Manuel for the backup spot, Yates has experience, and Peterman, a rookie, showed skills at Pittsburgh that can fit into any system. You are indeed reading that right. Yahoo ranks Tyrod as the 12th best QB in the league.
