  1. Nate you don't have the coordination for that!
  2. I have tried everything to give these away! Lol I even called the Ronald McDonald house to offer them. Even they said it started too late for them!
  3. Not one mention for 15 minutes? That movie caught me so off guard I immediately watched it again. Gonna have to rewatch and see if it held up
  4. Maybe for a bit because the talking heads will make it a point. I don't think history will be kind to the Patriots legacy. There is spygate, deflategate, hgh to several players, etc. and I think more will come out as time goes on. It will come out that Brady used peds and that will really hurt the legacy. Brady has also kind of gone of the deep end with his whole tb12 "diet." Will be interesting to watch and I can't wait to see the real story behind the Patriots dominance.
  5. This move to the acc has been annoying as a fan. Can't catch games on tv and then 9 pm starts. Unfortunately that means I can't use my tickets to tonights game. So if there is an SU fan among us who would like 2 free tickets to tonight's game let me know. I can email them to you or have them waiting at will call for you. Quote this post if you are interested so I get a notification.
  6. Lolololol can't even turn it off in time to see another nonsense call.
  7. Turned it on late, saw the ridiculous pi, saw the td thay certainly would have been overturned against ne, turned it back off. Enjoy gentlemen I'm gonna go do something way less frustrating on a Saturday night!
  8. Draft a guy in the first. Draft a later round guy and have him compete with Peterman for the 3rd string/developmental spot. (I have no doubt Peterman would make it to the ps if they cut him in preseason potentially allowing 4 qbs on the roster). Keep Tyrod until that first round pick beats him out. It might be in training camp, it might be a few weeks into the season, it might be 2019. My defense: There is no reason to not try and improve the qb position. There is also no reason to make the team worse at qb. So Tyrod has proven he can win behind center and the team can continue to be competitive until the rookie is ready to take over the position. This seems like a win win for the team. If the lights come on for Tyrod (yes a very longshot) great, if not the Bills have an actual alternative (not a 5th round hope and prayer). After next year Tyrod can find a new team, the Bills will have no dead money from him, and hopefully be set with their franchise guy for the next 10-15 years! Piece of cake! You could have saved me a lot of typing if you had posted 5 minutes earlier!!! This plan is excellent!!!
  9. Sweet I look forward to it. Do you plan on going through all the top guys? Jackson, Mayfield, Rudolph, and Allen look to be the guys the Bills have a shot at.
  10. Yeah me either but I am sure there are some. This is an interesting year wrt the qb position. There are going to be so many camps even if/when the Bills draft a qb people are going to be mad. I haven't dove in yet but watched a lot of Mayfield and Darnold this year. I see the hype for Darnold and get why its there but he screams bust to me at the next level. I like Mayfield's moxy and style of play. Gonna be an interesting offseason!
  11. Those are very troubling negatives. Are there any examples of a guy coming in with these issues and actually correcting them? I'm drawing a blank trying to think of someone. Specifically the missing routine throws. It isn't going to get easier and the windows will get smaller.
  12. I'm not on twitter but couldn't Bills fans start a write in campaign? It would at least garner some attention for him. That said this is less than nothing. The Pepsi roty is not some amazing prestigious award. It appears to be a "hey I've heard of him" or "he did well for me in fantasy" award.
  13. Seriously. I wonder what his article would have said if the Panthers, Seahawks, and Packers were there as they are most years. In the AFC 2 of the 4 teams have qbs that operate outside of the pocket. Not his best work... The last part made him come off like a douche as well.
  14. How many times over the last 20 years do we say that about a guy before he gets popped for peds? No doubt in my mind he takes something more than kale smoothies.
  15. I like this move as I think his leadership is invaluable to this team. Wonder if he'll still do special teams as well?
  16. I think the bolded is absolutely correct. I was sick to my stomach when I saw Sammy got traded. I think he would have been better here than he was in LA but that is a product of being the only talented guy on the team. Different sport but Chris Bosh on the Raptors comes to mind. Good player that looked better than he was when he was the lead dog. When he went to the heat we saw where he stacked up. Still good but not the superstar we thought. However reading about his behavior and attitude and it wasn't surprising that they traded him. Marcel pulled a stunt during preseason and it looked like he was testing the water to see how the "new" Bills would respond. When I coached I preferred players that might have been less talented but hustled non stop vs guys that were talented and decided when they would try. I'm interested to see how this goes as I like the approach they are taking. It is kind of the Marv looking for "good guy" but they appear to actually have an eye for talented "good guys" Lot of draft capital and cap space to reshape this team in their mold going forward. Hope it works!
  17. I won't disagree with this but I would like to add: I think Sammy and Marcel getting traded was a bit of a wake up call to each of them. They were fawned over for their careers whether it was warranted or not. They are both immensely talented players and I think they might have a had an aura of "I'm untouchable" to them. When they got traded they realized anyone can be moved on from. We saw the reflection from Sammy about his time here. That immaturity should have been handled here and speaks to your post but the Rex show didn't help either of those guys imo.
  18. Wow you put it very well. It was more than a little annoying to see all last week that the only reason the Bills made the playoffs was because of Andy Dalton.
  19. 1. Maybe he should have some fear? You seriously watch that and thought "good for him"? 2. All time hot take right here. Tom Brady threw 12 as a first year starter in 15 games. Nate threw half that in 4 quarters. Drew Brees 16, Big Ben 11, and Aaron Rodgers 13. No throwing dumb picks isn't some great feat they are just dumb picks. 3. never mind you outdid yourslef the very next sentence. So Tyrod didn't push himself or try to get better? 4. Get off his back? why do we need to see him anymore? He tried and failed quite spectacularly. Also I'm some random internet dude. If me thinking he sucks is the barrier to him being a great NFL qb well I've got some bad news for him...
  20. haha yeah hindsight really showed this to be one of my worst bets! Good thing it only cost some crow and not $$$ We did talk about how the Eagles set out to help Wentz. During the first 2 days of FA they signed 2 wrs and 2 o lineman. The Bills let their top 3 wrs go. Rams did much the same with Goff signing Wrs and O-line. This was a rebuild year though that somehow resulted in the playoff so while I have egg on my face I also have a big smile. We made the playoffs with a bad roster and are stacked to (finally) address the qb position in a meaningful way.
  21. It is a billion dollar industry. I won't say Russian mob but to believe it is entirely on the up and up would be naive at best. Putin still have Kraft's ring?
  22. It has to be Kamara in a landslide. Hunt and Fournette burst onto the scene but faded, McCaffrey didn't put up the numbers Kamara did. Lattimore plays a position that is too hard to quantify. Add in Kamara was a fantasy monster (yes this matters more than most believe imo) and I think he is a lock.
  23. This is the one sticking point with me. Calls can be whatever the league decides but it needs to be consistent. If James was incomplete then so should this have been. I think James was a td and this should be an int though so who knows
  24. I'm with you that I thought live it wasn't an int but I really don't see the conclusive evidence. I see the ball move but I also think his arm is under it. Of all the blown calls this year that went against the Bills or for the patriots for that matter this one would be low on the meter for me. I can see overturning it and I can see letting it stand. When that is the case I can't/won't get upset about the call.
  25. What? I even finished my post with imo. Its a message board isn't every post our opinion? Especially ones that end with imo. Why though is it a guarantee that he will get better? There are thousands and thousands of examples of players just not making it. He got a shot and threw up all over himself. 5 picks isn't just kind of bad it is historically bad. Listen I could end up completely wrong about this but I don't think I am. I don't see an NFL qb when he is behind center. I have seen him make a couple of NFL type throws but they were littered in between fumbles, picks, and poor throws. Don't hate the guy but don't think he can make it in this league.
