It's been a long time since you were on the bottom rungs is all I was saying. It wasn't meant to be a negative thing (I don't know when saying that about someone ever has...) just wanted to point out that it has probably been a long time since you were a "bottom feeder." Lower level positions are very susceptible to the whims of managers. DC Tom made a very good point about companies getting smarter about firing people. IMO though that is simply dones so they can try to avoid paying unemployment. I am sure there more just than unjust firings but to say they never happen is very naive and Tom's trademark at worst. To Ryan - any time a paper trail is generated it is time to start watching your back because the wheels have been put in motion.

No the accusations made me laugh. It seems as if they literally have never heard of an unjust firing. Like it never happens. I kept thinking they don't actually think that people are never fired for stupid reasons do they? Then they just kept on going. Regardless of your examples I have to believe they have heard of it happening at least once in their lives... Or are all hiring/firing managers perfect human beings free from personal emotions, vendettas, etc...

All I learned from reading this thread is that KD in CT and LABillzfan are well off financially.

Sean Smith would be a GREAT signing! I think that would set us at cb and fill one of our weaknesses leaving #2 wr, #1 lg, #1 qb, and a starting lb as the remaining needs. Which could be filled through fa (except qb) - think Kevin Walter WR, Brandon Moore G, Karlos Dansby LB (all should be value signings). Thus leaving our draft options much more open to bpa.

I couldn't agree more! When Dicaprio demanded they shake hands I knew a Tarantino blood bath was about to happen and I was not disappointed! I also saw that there was a half hour left and wow. Just a great movie. This and Inglorious Basterds were very well done and I enjoyed upthread the mention of the Tarantino Universe where all of these things happen in the same realm. Just a nice touch.

MCW needs to stay. I think he is gone but he won't be a top 10 pick. He is too inconsistent and a terrible ball handler. I'd tell you 2 good names but my wife would kill me. Her sister "stole" the name if we have a girl and it got ugly. So sorry random tbd'er I'll give you stock answers. There is truth to giving them a "normal" name helping them out later in life. I read an interesting study where people with unique names struggled getting jobs as hiring managers would prefer to skip over names they may not be able to pronounce. Not sure of its accuracy but.... For Boys: William - shorten it to Bill and you've avoided the whole can I convince him to be a Bills fan fiasco. It's a guarantee. For Girls: Layla - Clapton song and I just like the name.. aww f*ck it - girls name Stella - great old name and just beautiful imo, Victor - strong name and again an old name. If I know you and you use these I am not responsible for the hell that will rain down on you if/when my wife hears what you named your child but seriously Congrats!!!

Just to add an answer as well... A ahem "friend of mine" laid it out like this. A pipe is about .4 but can vary greatly depending on the size of the head. Water pipes are the same. Joints and blunts depending on paper size can fit anywheres up to 3.5 grams( more if you have a little Cuban in you). Each delivery method "wastes" a certain amount as well. Vaporizers are the best delivery method for the least amount of waste. As others have mentioned tolerance as well as quality make a huge difference. People have laid that out quite successfully. As for aggressive driving?!?! Never have I once been too aggressive. I mean my friend. Wait what were we talking about?
