Please let them hire Gruden. He's track record is nowhere near what people think it is.. he rarely had a top offense and had more bottom offenses than he did top ones. He missed the playoffs way more than he made them. His rolodex of competent coaches is pretty small these days. It would be beautiful. If the Jets want Vrabel, they need to 'not let him out of the building'. I think if he goes off to talk to other teams, their chance of getting him is extremely low.
