DeMaurice Smith has been the absolute worst head of the NFLPA ever. He makes horrible deals then tries to litigate the things he should have been negotiating on.. and loses.. continually. So he spends a lot of NFLPA money on negotiating the CBA and loses then spends a bunch of money on these lawsuits and loses.. over and over and over.. I hope the next guy is more competent than the two current idiots running things for the players currently.

They've got to get this under control. They lost to two divisional teams. They are 3rd in the division and look like they can't compete with Miami and Jets. If you're really 'win at all costs' then start taking the easy stuff. The offense moves when they do that, but with Dorsey it's too easy for him and Allen to go for the big play... and keep trying it. Offenses need to move the ball then take a shot.. not take shots until it's 3rd down then throw a 10 yard or less play.
