  1. It's also interesting to note that the Coach who filed the statement for Vilma is not pursuing any action on his own.
  2. They can't appeal. The players opted not to appeal. They now have no rights under the CBA to appeal.
  3. I don't believe Glenn is a key. If he performs then it will be fantastic, but I don't see him being a 'key' to this season. You didn't say number 2 receiver. You said Easely. I'd agree that number 2 wide receiver is a 'key', but I fail to see how a player that has never played a down in the regular season and has never been a factor is a 'key' to the entire season. Merriman, again, could be helpful or valuable pass rush depth, but hardly a 'key' to the season. McGee is the only one of those I'd even consider a 'key'. When he's healthy, he's a very good, reliable corner. If he stays healthy, we'd have excellent secondary depth. I think what you define as a 'key' is very different from my view that a 'key' to the season is something is *needed* to be successful.
  4. At least there is one useful post in this thread now.
  5. He did go down quietly. Seems more like 'changing his story' after the fact as a favor to Vilma.
  6. I'm not sure any of these are 'Keys to the season'. They seem more like 'x-factors'.
  7. He's saying the bounty system never existed at all. That's a bold statement.
  8. I see your point and would like to add that Jim Kelly didn't start going downhill and retire until AFTER Clinton was in the whitehouse.
  9. He will touch it lovingly and caress it gently.
  10. He also seems to think Lynch is better than Fred Jackson in that case.
  11. If you've seen the patriots play in recent years, they throw the ball in all situations at any time.
  12. Changing nothing else except that he gets voted to the pro-bowl, does that change the impact he had on defense?
  13. I just gave the odds, 3243272627277243921928827 to 12848372384737384838748383833
  14. The odds are 3243272627277243921928827 to 12848372384737384838748383833
  15. He probably thinks someone should give him $20 for this. Color me glad if he gets the full Goodell reaming.
  16. He'd been on the job for three months? Calling it 'his' draft while technically accurate ignores a lot of other factors.
  17. As back and forth as Bills fans are...Reed was the same. He had plenty of good thing to say when he was trying to get money from the Bills.
  18. Josh Reed Quote from his last season in Buffalo: "I look back on my career and I had my ups and downs. But I think I've been around long enough and I have done enough that if it's not here, which I hope it is, that I can help some team in this league." So which is it, Josh? When did you leave Bain Capital?
  19. And similar quotes get play in the cities they are about as well. I don't particularly care about his opinion, but I'm not sure why people care that it upsets some people.
  20. So the only team that would give him money is terrible! I guess he didn't put 2 and 2 together. The only team that will give you money was awful? NOT JUST COINCIDENCE, JOSH! I'm sorry that affected your ability to pick up chicks downtown
  21. Still married. Imagine the video on Charles Haley: http://www.nypost.com/p/news/opinion/books/item_0vgnCTCjhM8oUd6Ahto8MI An Excerpt:
  22. Obviously, accepting this invite is a slap in the face to all BIlls fans and has doomed the season before it started.
