What idiocy is this? So if I get wind my employer is looking to replace me with someone else, I basically have carte blanche to kill the candidates, do drugs, run a prostitution ring and then claim I was in fear of losing my job so it's my employer's fault? Fear of losing their job doesn't make their decision the fault of the teams.

Kiper giving them a low grade turns my doubts about the draft around. There is one thing you can count on in life...it is Mel Kiper is wrong and if you agree with them you are wrong. So I now realize that I am wrong about the Bills draft this year.

It is not overloaded. It seems likely we're going to see a lot of 2RB sets. Considering both CJ and Fred went down last season, it's not even overloaded if they don't use 2 back sets.

I don't think they have a priority on TE. I think we'll see a lot of two RB sets with one RB playing that type of 'role' where they block/catch I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure whatever accelerator you give him has to be accounted for in the cap

They could split Spiller out or play Spiller/WR in that spot. TEs aren't what they used to be. They are trending towards better receivers than being a hybrid catcher/blocker. The NFL has trended towards have a 'fullback' or 'blocking' TE that they bring in for specific situations. I think that is what they will do. Have spiller in the backfield and chipping then going out for a route. Getting this guy, will hopefully let them not have to have TE help as much.

You draft tackles and move them inside. If Kouandjio plays at RT then they can move a tackle inside if they want as well.
