  1. It's called ragebait. There's a funny bit that gets passed around IT circles that if you want a fast answer to your question on the internet is to post your question then create an account and post an answer to your question that is incredibly wrong. Your question alone might never get an answer, but with a really bad answer.. it will get 100 good ones.
  2. I actually heard through my sources that Allen died from his ankle problem 2 days ago and it's been a weekend at Bernie's situation
  3. That's insane. Sometimes when you see that 31 other teams don't do a thing 99% of the time.. the answer isn't that you're a genius maverick to do the thing.
  4. What's your answer? You're mad because they didn't draft a 5th - 7th round qb (that wouldn't be the backup anyway)? Again, who is the guy they missed out on that you believe "solves" this backup QB problem. You don't seem to have any actual answer so either you're looking for attention or just flailing around.
  5. Who's this magical competent replacement for Josh Allen that the Bills didn't get?
  6. A couple thoughts.. 1. This group of WRs reminds of bringing in Brown and Beasely in that they were what Allen needed at the time. The guys they've collected are "built for Josh Allen" and what he needs from his pass catchers to be successful. He needs guys who can catch the ball. He'll find a way to get it to them. I think there's a motto here "Be Tall and catch the ball" 2. I'm happy to hear about the increased use of motion. It was something Daboll did for Josh that really seemed to help him diagnose defenses. It seems like they got away from that as Josh "matured" and I don't think he was an effective at diagnosing all the things defense started doing against him. 3. It's day 1 with no pads on
  7. I knew D.A.R.E. was trying to destroy my mental health.
  8. They post this stuff as clickbait and then forum posters can't f'in wait to run and post it and share it
  9. In the 13 years since the Jets last made the playoffs.. Joe Douglas has the worst record as GM. Worse than both John Idzik and Mike McCagnan. The reason they threw such a ridiculous hail mary with Rodgers is because they failed so hard.
  10. So is this where we come to take a victory lap about predicting 18 games despite it being obvious since before they went to 17?
  11. Oh, look a bunch of people I wouldn't trust with a grocery budget trying to solve taxation.
  12. You think that matters to these people?
  13. Oh, look another thread with an anonymous source. Please stop posting the click bait garbage. The writers, at least, have a financial inventive. What is the incentive here? Attention? Is that really worth it?
  14. The jets are up against the cap and the Dolphins have two expensive WRs already.
  15. I hope he does because he has a large cap hit that they can't afford.
  16. He doesn't even have to "afford" it. The NFL has a program that provides private drivers for players that they can call anytime. In addition, teams often have their own similar programs. It can be used as much as a player wants at no cost to them. It will even take them back to get their vehicle or they can make arrangements to have their vehicle driven home for them.
  17. Next question to Patty should be, "Have you asked your dad to stop driving and set him with a car service?"
  18. ...and you think what I wrote was dramatic? I guess I bit on the trap and gave you the attention you were seeking.
  19. A thread giving a guy no one knows exists attention for saying something inflammatory.. well, @Alphadawg7 you gave him exactly what he wanted.
  20. What's left of SI isn't as smart a LLM algorithm.
  21. In a strange coincidence, that's the Sabres plan to get fans back in the seats.
  22. The numbers for QBs over 40 are bad in almost every regard. Outside of Brady.. there's a couple mediocre seasons, but the rest are not something you'd be excited about. I think Tyrod Taylor and his mundane, don't turn the ball over, play is more exciting for the jets imo.
  23. Two QBs have made it through a 16 game season at or over the age of 40 in the history of the NFL. Brett Favre did it one time and Tom Brady managed it as well. The numbers for QBs over 40 are bad in almost every regard. You can probably guess what the numbers are for QBs over 40 coming off a major injury are..
