Sean McDermott is one of the coaches who goes for it on 4th down the most frequently in the NFL. The only year he has not been one of the more aggressive coaches on 4th down was his first season here as HC. So maybe your 'feelings' are more about emotions than what is actually happening.

Dorsey is not calling plays and while the OC, they are running Stefanski's offense. However, it's still fun to drag him after some of the folks on here were pumping him up this offseason. Dorsey himself doesn't deserve to be dragged though imo.

Your criteria for 'top tier' is so vague that it could be anything. I'd say that there's a certainly the very elite players: Crosby, Watt, Bosa, Bosa, Parsons. For those guys, your statement holds true. They were elite from the moment they hit an NFL field. However, there's a bunch of other guys that were just very good the first handful of years: Reddick, Gary, Hendrickson, Hunter, Burns that in latter years became what I'd consider top tier guys.

If he has a 15 sack season, it's gonna be a fair ways north of 20 per..

Personally, I believe it's the same thing that happened with Tyreek Hill. He felt he wasn't getting enough credit. Unfortunately, for him, he went somewhere that even if he does well.. the QB is still going to get the attention.
