  1. What you do with corpses is your business, but I don't see how one would help on the sideline.
  2. If they go looking, the Jets have had two kickers throughout camp and Austin Seibert could wind up on their practice squad. He's looked good and has made all 5 kicks he's attempted in the pre-season games.. ..some of them longer than 40 yards 🤯
  3. This sounds like the coach's kiss of death
  4. The issue isn't different takes. It's that, much like the rest of society, is that extremes on both sides dominate and drive the discussion making it difficult to have a real conversation. Some people seem more interested in their extreme interpretation of events being accepted as reality and it alienates every single discussion that takes place. It's not unique to this forum. Go to the patriots board and you'll see that they have a roiling discussion that Bill Belichick was one of the worst coaches in the league in place of the feelings on McDermott here.
  5. Here's the concept rendering for the new bathrooms:
  6. It doesn't matter what I tell you. You're going to twist yourself into whatever knots you need to to continue your narrative. He knew he was under investigation. He knew enough that he engaged legal representation for it. He should have told the Bills that DA was investigating him on charges. So if he felt he needed legal representation on it.. why didn't he feel like the Bills should know?
  7. They did. The problem wasn't the accusations or his legal problems. Araiza did not tell the Bills about it. He concealed it. Had he told them (even doing the slightly less bad thing of telling them right after he was drafted) then they would have been out in front of it. Araiza chose not to tell them. Araiza suffered from the situation with that woman making accusations, but he did wrong by not telling the Bills and forced their hand.
  8. the preseason needs to go away for the mental health of the fans
  9. This has nothing to do with this particular situation. He comments of many, many injuries. Maybe he's just a good guy trying to share knowledge to the best of his ability to do so from a video. I have my doubts.
  10. Well he's consistently wrong so that's good news. Pretty sure this guy just throws out worst case scenarios because it gets attention.
  11. I generally would prefer a lottery ticket that isn't already spent.
  12. He has a worse w/l record as GM than Idzik and McCagnan.. that's tough to do. It's why he had to throw the desperate hail mary for Rodgers. He's had several monumental misfires. Yet somehow he's not labeled as one of the worst GMs out there and Jets fans literally call him a Genius at this very moment. They think he's brilliant for not 'giving in' and completely ignore that he gave a 3rd round pick for this drama. I keep seeing that repeated, but the sourcing of the original report is non-existent. It seems suspect that the Jets gave up a 3rd rounder without getting like an email from his agent saying Reddick would play without a new deal. The Eagles traded him for that very reason.
  13. Looks like Stef finally got around to watching Season 8 of Game of Thrones.
  14. Dorsey's real problem was he didn't seem to have the connection, will or ability to do things to help Josh. The mass ejection of motion from the offense that Daboll did to help Allen read the defense before the snap was unwise. My concern for Dorsey when he was promoted is that he seemed to have a similar temperament to Allen in that they don't just want to win, but win with big exciting plays. We all know Allen is prone to trying to do it all himself and emotional swings within games. I think Daboll's biggest contribution was his ability to get shift Allen off of some of his worse tendencies. I don't think Dorsey did that and often shared those same tendencies. I feel Brady has a better connection with Allen in that regard.
  15. I tried to use that excuse, but I guess since I'm Texas and work remotely.. he didn't seem to be buying it.
  16. Red. No need to reinvent the wheel.
  17. Well, he was already scheduled to make about 87 million over the next 3 and had a massive bump to 45 million so this is more of a restructure that actually seems like it guarantees more money in trade for smoothing out that big increase.
  18. When people ask the question about why people side with "Billionaires over Millionaires" when it comes to the Owners vs Players.. this is a big reason why.. guys like this that think they are the game. No one paid to go see him play except fans of his own team.
  19. They're starting the tank early.
  20. ..and he demonstrates why he's an ex Bill
  21. There's, at least, one particular show that certainly uses hot takes to generate attention
  22. Never trust WGR. He's been good. He makes a lot of difficult catches. He's still a rookie, but if that is what they said then they're trying to rile people up for ratings.
