Tyrod is a great guy and from what I have seen in the media and press, a decent human being. He's just not starting QB caliber in the NFL despite having held the position.
At this point of his career, I don't want him overthinking should I slide or make a play? I think there's less chance of him getting hurt following his instincts than trying to make a decision and adding that moment of hesitation letting a defender unload on him.
