A Jets player (Rashard Robinson) tweeted out about studying and thoughtlessly included a image of a play from their playbook that included notes about blocking assignments, routes, etc weeks ago (and was cut the day after although it's not suspected the tweet had anything to do with it).

Pretty sure the #1 priority for the NFL and it's coaches, players, etc is engaging the fans. It may not be something they preach, but every last one of them wouldn't trade the commensurate amount of money for the ability to "not engage" fans or prevent the tipping of their hand to opponents.

As someone who knows stupid ideas..."improving the onside kick" is a bad idea. if you're going to improve something, you start with something that is used regularly, not something that is used less than 1% of the time.
