I think given the amount of resources he'd demand, Milano is a much lower priority. I think you can replace Milano easier than you can replace Williams.

You upgrade CB2 which I think they should do, you're probably losing something somewhere else. Maybe not in equivalent measures, but you're using resources on it. In terms of priority, I'd say it's maybe the 3rd or 4th position I'm concerned about.

I could live with him as the 3rd TE who sees a handful of snaps a game. His inability to hang onto the ball is just too much of a risk.

What an amazing trade this was... he is the exact right type of receiver for Allen. Relentless worker and great team guy. I love that Beane identified not just that Allen needed weapons, but that he needed a certain 'type' of guys and then went and got them.

This is the exact time of game that the "Same Old Bills" would show up.. and they did. The big difference (Thank you McDermott) is they didn't spiral and get blown out. They waited, got a momentum changing play and took off. These guys seem to really enjoy being on this team and playing together too.

I'm ok with it. I'll take him sliding and not risking getting popped and then letting a RB fight for it in this situation where even if they didn't get it, Pittsburgh being able to win was insanely unlikely

The rumors have already started that the cap will be at 200 million, not 175. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go higher or have some other mitigation factors. Even so...you don't pay a RB unless they're the dominating kind that *are* the offense. Why would Gregg Williams intentionally tank? He's not going to be there next season even if they keep Gase for some reason. At most, he may have have figured, "***** it, and called such an aggressive play" However, it shows that a heavy blitz on a hail mary is probably not the right call.

He only has big days throwing against teams that can't stop the run. When he has to put the game on his shoulders and throw it...he can't do it.

The Browns are entirely predicated on the run. Slow their run game down and Mayfield can't pass either.
