Are we still wringing our hands?

Has anyone been expecting that the Starters wouldn't play at all? And if so, what drugs are you taking? It's always seemed like the starters (well, the Allen/Diggs/etc guys) would come in play a quarter to a half and call it a day. The hand wringing over someone possibly getting hurt is insane. They've played 15 games and some of you would have had starters sitting week 1.

I hope the Bills go into a voluntary playoff bubble

You ask for things you can't win then fall back to the things you actually thought you could get. Kudos to him for not just going along with conventional wisdom though.

Well, it seems to have eventually lead to an evisceration of a cultural problem that had persisted through coaches, GMs, and even owners so "Here's to Dougie!"

I'm of the mind that you play to win. As soon as you let your foot off the pedal is when bad things happen. Now, if they're up by double digit in the 2nd half then yea, most of your 'starters' should be sitting. Until that though, you keep going and don't stop. We've all seen that a guy can slip on a mat and get hurt.

It's insane, but I've seen a fair bit of that talk from other places this year with one of the toughest schedules. A lot of talk that the only 'good' teams they faced (Tenn and KC) beat them.

This is cherry picking. Most of them are indifferent as they had already basically lost the 1st pick and were locked into 2nd. Don't try so hard to disparage other teams fanbases imo.
