  1. ..or winning teams. They have not won against a team with a winning record either. That's the one I think it important.
  2. The Dolphins said they will release Calais Campbell if they're out of contention. That time is getting close.
  3. They're not a threat to the Bills.
  4. Him being a better QB than Tim Boyle, Skylar Thompson, and Tyler Huntley doesn't make the Dolphins a "threat".
  5. See: any game he hasn't had both Hill and Waddle playing..
  6. I'm all for the national media pumping Tua. The longer he's there, the longer the Dolphins aren't a threat.
  7. It was a 4 year deal so saying "after only 2 years" is a little silly when they have $47.1 million in dead money this year and $22.2 million in 2025. So taking a 70 million dollar cap hit (or almost 50%) of a contract is structured as a 'deal you can get out' in anything, but the most literal of terms. Sure, pretty much every contract in the NFL can be 'gotten out of' if you want to take a ridiculous cap hit.
  8. Well, it's probably not true because it was a deal they couldn't get out of until now and even then they're still eating a big ole bag of **** with it... Also, they went against the owners wishes with Barkley and Schoen was literally quoted saying he wasn't gonna pay Barkley so their "45 million dollar QB" can hand off to him. The giants have gotten worse each successive year since they were "saddled with Gettleman's roster". These narratives that Shoen and Daboll are just unfortunate victims of a meddling owner and circumstance are wild.
  9. This is what I think makes Beane a good GM. He doesn't let the mistakes box him in and keeps as much flexibility as he can.
  10. The Jets hired Tannebaum's 33rd team which hired Adam Gase. So the fired GM and HC are now part of the team advising the Jets on their search for a GM and HC
  11. Without a lombardi to go with it.. no one should care
  12. yes, Chief's fans are taking their win with their usual grace and class.
  13. Just make sure you stop before the ocean. Unless you have a 1993 Land-Rover Range Rover County which is an amphibious exploring vehicle.
  14. I have no idea if you're serious.
  15. This is still going? There's more uproar about the uproar than the original uproar.
  16. Desperation. I said it the thread on OL.. you can find a trade for a skill position like WR.. you can even find a competent DE.. you will have to use the jaws of life to pry a competent OL off a team in-season.
  17. Not that part.
  18. I believe it was the sports broadcasting act of 1961 that gives the NFL an anti-trust exemption and has a specific provision that no games can be televised on Friday nights or Saturdays from the second Friday in September until the second Saturday in December. So they'd lose their anti-trust exemption by playing on Saturdays.
  19. They seem more dedicated to the Bills playoffs seeding than their own.
  20. 11 pages of "everyone is so sensitive these days" folks getting bent out of shape about people using words to express what they think
  21. MVP from teams that don't win their division are pretty rare.
  22. A unicorn with Josh Allen's face on my left ass cheek
  23. This has been answered a lot. Daboll and McDermott are not on great terms. So you can never say never, but it's very likely neither one is interested in a reunion. Even if they were on good terms.. Daboll never being able to figure out how to have even a semblance of a running game would likely generate little interest in a return.
  24. That's not what we're discussing here. No one made the claim that only thing critics of McDermott say is that he's conservative. Seems like your own strawman. Maybe you are actually new here and aren't familiar with the full breadth of discussions that have taken place over the last few years.
  25. It's a different environment today. I don't think you can force a trade like that.
