Why? How can anyone say drafting Tebow in the 1st would be a mistake. There is no guarantee that any OT,LB, or any other player we might draft ahead of Tebow will be successful. Its a total crap shoot and personally , I would draft Tebow @ 9 and not feel bad about it at all. Or maybe trade down a few spots , pick up a couple of picks and draft him there. He's a proven winner , leader , and has great character, and could potentially be the face of the Bills for the next 10-12 years.

The more I think about it, the more I believe it will happen for two main reasons , #1. Believe it or not , drafting Tebow will rock the national sports media , thus , creating excitement equaling ticket sales. #2. Chan Gailey's history of playing novelty/gimmick QB's , and suceeding with them.

Take a deep breath and relax. We are rebuilding. This free agent class is the weakest I've seen in years and the Bills FO is smart ,IMO, for not overpaying for mediocre players who most likely will never live up to their contracts. Managment/Coaching should mainly be focused on securing a solid draft this year , let those players and our 2nd year pros mature , then next offseason add the key free agents. Overpaying for so so players is not the answer to accomplish sustained success.

I disagree. He had one awful , terrible , dreadful year , but again , its was just one year. I say sign him to a 2-3 year incentive-laden contract and see if a fresh start on a new team can somewhat revitalize his career and provide stability at the QB position , until we draft Locker next year , and then serve as a mentor/backup. If not , stabilize the lines , plug in a few role players , then throw Brohm out there and see if he can play.

I agree, but if this truly is a ground up rebuilding process we're looking at , I don't think we draft a QB (at least no in the first 1-4 rds) Spend the money and stabilize the lines for once , sign a couple role players , and then throw Brohm in there for next year. Why the hell not ? IMo , there is no franchise QB in this draft. Continue to build through the draft (Locker) and FA for the next 2-3 yrs and hopefully we'll return to the playoffs in 2013.

Only way I trade up to the #2 spot is if the Rams take McCoy ( which is most likely not gonna happen) and Suh is there. No quarterback in this draft is worth the investment/risk of moving up.

Some people get so hung up on "names" that they lose whatever football smarts they might of had , if any to begin with. TO and Westbrook are shells of their former selves and Tebow is not the answer in my opinion. Trade for Mcnabb and make the O-line priority.

No way would I trade Kyle Williams. He was one of the few bright spots last year. If I'm Chansaw , I find a way to fit him into my system.

Theres not player in this draft worth the risk/investment of trading to the #2 spot , save Suh. If the Rams pass on him , then I would make the move , if not , I stay put.

In today's NFL , you really don't need to "build for the future". You can turn a bottom feeder into a playoff contender in under 1-2 years with a soild draft and a couple of key free agent additions , which I believe are the intentions of the new regime.

Those clips pretty much put the Saints clip to shame. Makes me want a SB win even more.

Im actually excited about Chan Gailey. Yes , I know we didn't hire the Big Name or Peter Queen's #1 choice , but I feel as though we will be closer to respectibility and the playoffs with Gailey that we would have been hiring Frazier.

I must say last years draft looks pretty damn good a year out , minus Maybin , even though the jury is still out on him. I believe Wood , Levitre , and Byrd are stallwarts for the next 7-10 years.
