  1. I had no idea that Buffalo never has had a receiver with back to back 1k yrd seasons. He needs to be resigned.
  2. Some of my fondest memories are going to Bills games with my Dad as a kid in the early '90s.
  3. You must not miss when you pick top five. Dareus was declared by many as THE can't miss prospect. I would have been fine with the Bills trading back into the first for Locker or Dalton, but no way would I spend a number three on any QB besides Newton last year.
  4. No, Sheppard makes the list when he proves he DOES belong. K. Willians Dareus Barnett Freddy/CJ Wood Levitre Byrd Stevie Fitz (like it or not)
  5. Yes. Byrd was our most consistent player this year and deserves top 10 safety money.
  6. [quote McKelvin - I never understood why they stopped using this guy on ST? He was mediocre at best as a CB, but always an amazing return guy...WTF, why did it take them so long to put him back there? Remember the game losing muffed punt vs NE a few years back?! LOL. I agree with you though, hin and Rogers are solid return men.
  7. "You play to win the game" - Herm Edwards You can't tell me your a fan of the Bills if you actively root for failure and don't want to see the Buffalo Bills sweep the Pats for the first time in forever. Besides, with the Bills track record of drafting, who cares if they pick 10th or 15th!
  8. I do agree Fitz needs more of a solid supporting cast to be successful, however , his accuracy lately has been horrible. Im a big supporter if Fitz and firmly believe he can win in the NFL but his inability to consistently hit the deep throws are a big concern and something he needs to greatly improve if he wants to remain a starter.
  9. It was a move with the future in mind. Can you really say that you believed before the year began that the Bills would be better than .500? If so, then yes it was a dumb move but most of us had this team pegged for another losing season before and after the trade. Lee Evans wasn't our numver one WR in 2010 and has barely seen the field for the Ravens.
  10. The Bills traded Evans because he was a one trick pony in regards to running routes and they got great value for a declining WR on a young and rebuilding team.
  11. Wheres the love for this guy on TBD? He's an accurate passer with a rocket arm and good size. He needs work to work on his awareness in the pocket and his defensive reads but sitting behind Fitz for a year or two would benefit him greatly in that regard. I want the Bills to take him 1st. Thoughts?
  12. Numb. The stings of defeat only hurt during the game then fade rather quickly afterwards. Then jealousy sets in as I watch teams like the Steelers and Saints give their fans sonething to look forward to other than the draft. Then, I tell myself that NEXT YEAR the Bills will be better, again.
  13. TV contracts and stadium rights are all you need to get your "ROI" as an NFL owner.
  14. Nolan would be huge but i highly doubt the fins dont try their best to keep him. He's right behind DL, IMO, and whoever comes in would be nuts not to try to keep him.
  15. man purses...ahh...or is it a "satchel"
  16. Theres been alot but the one that sticks out most in my mind is the 2003 closer where we lost 31-0. Not the most heartbreaking loss but still pisses me off that we began the year on such a high by beating the Pats 31-0 only to have the favor returned. On paper we had a great contending team but we definately under-achieved to say the least.
  17. Maybe Cuomo realizes that RW will be gone soon and a potential owner with deep pockets could step in and use some of his own capital to make much needed renovations to the Ralph, lessening the amount the state would have to fork over. Its starting to become clear to me that the chance to sign SJ long term this year is fading quickly. I don't believe the Bills use the tag on him either. I hope that I am wrong.
  18. B.Llyod,Vincent Jackson,Garcon,Anthony Spencer,Cortland Finnegan. If the Bills manage to sign one of the above players I'd be thrilled.
  19. They've always gone to ads afte almost every kickoff, return or touchback.
  20. Yea because Chris Johnson lit up the league this year. Spiller needs 25-30 touches per game this year. What I saw out of him against the Titans made me believe that this guy can be a star if only Gailey stopped abandoning the run in the second half. If i was Buddy, I'd call in Gailey and tell him: Chan, from here on out its garbage time football. Give our unprovens the time and chances to develop!!
