  1. I honestly don't believe Manning would play for Rex Ryan. Peyton is a high character guy and serving as the saving grace for a loud mouth slob doesn't strike me as something he would be willing to do. Besides, the Jets will not be contenders next year and one would have to think that Manning would prefer a team with a playoff caliber defense and an o-line that is at least average. Not to mention, the Jets only real receiving threat is Santonio Holmes (who will be back now that Shatty is gone)
  2. "Im gonna go get the papers, get the papers"
  3. Too bad. Apparently Tony Sparano will be introduced as new OC. Good news for Bills fans. You gotta wonder if Shatty is kicking himself for passing up HC interviews, including the Bills, a couple years ago.
  4. Do you honestly believe that there is even the slightest remote possibility that what you just stated would ever actually happen?
  5. If I were the Rams, im trading that pick. Yes, Blackmon is appealing but dropping down a few slots and taking Alshon Jeffery while getting multiple high picks is even more appealing. The Rams have very little high level talent and a complete roster overhaul, except Jackson and Bradford, is needed. Stockpiling picks is the way to go here.
  6. Pretty dumb IMO. Regardless if the Lions resign him to a long term deal or tag him, they are tying up a ton of money on their d-line and would be wise to use that cap space instead on linebackers or their defensive backfield.
  7. Per Mort...check his twitter. My guess is that the Skins trade up to #2.
  8. Lindell is an excellent kicker and should be resigned. Chandler showed great potential and will only improve when we add a dominate WR to stretch the field and open up the underneath more.
  9. The kid was found in the river. What a tragedy. Just reported on NFLN
  10. Signing VJ and resigning SJ would solidify our WR corps and open up our passing game. We had zero deep threat last year and VJ would provide that. Offseason wishlist: 1. Sign Mathis 2. Sign VJ 3. Draft Reiff
  11. Those were the two hot assistants at the time but don't specifically remember why Art wanted either. I think the outcome would've been similar, had we hired Fox. Donahue had carte blanc over the roster. Although, alot of his moves were correct, in terms of signings, but for whatever reason Greggo was in over his head up here.
  12. I was watching the tiny-tod-of-the-killawod, Art Wander on Empire(lol) and nearly threw up when it was announced we chose Greggo over Fox.
  13. RG3 has already declared for the draft. To me, three number ones seems like a fair price to pay for a potential elite franchise qb. I would do it.
  14. No. He quit on his team in a very crucial game. Excellent WR no doubt but I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole.
  15. 17 years and 7 winning seasons. Go Fish! Edit: Make that 6 outta 17!
  16. My one concern with Osi is the fact that he always has had a top tier rusher opposite of him on the line drawing the double teams. I wouldn't trade a pick higher than a 3rd and wouldn't break the bank to sign him.
  17. Agree with your posistion needs but to say the Jets were a qb away from competing for the AFC championship is dumb. They couldn't run the ball this year and their defense was mediocre at best, and they have no real WR threat.
  18. Look who he throws to. Roosevelt? Hagan? He looked pretty good until Stevie and Chandler left.
  19. Hard for me to say Stevie is a Bill next year after today. Too bad.
  20. Including trolling on TSW. lol. Wouldnt mind us trading back into first round for Tannenhill but would rather us grab Merculis(sp). He was a beast yesterday.
  21. Sorry, but in my opinion there is never " crappy, meaningless win" especially against the team that has bloodied and beaten us over the last decade. What better way to change the losing culture? Take off the Brady jersey.
  22. I've been watching clips of Septembers defeat of the hated Patriots all morning. From "the kick" to the picks to us embarassing Belichick/Brady with consecutive QB kneels killing the clock, and all you tube clips of fans in bars across the country breaking into pandemonium. All things considered, I would feel pretty darn good about this season if we sweep the Pats and end up at 7-9. Bills 31 Pats 27
