Agree. Its time to put all our chips on the table and finally get our franchise guy. If that means we mortgage our picks in this years draft, so be it. I like Fitz alot, but I want a QB that can takeover and dominate games.
A class act yes, but when it becomes contract time, if his carries and involvement in this offense don't increase, it will be alot harder to extend him , IMO.
I've been reading Bill's "Few thoughts about the game..." for a few years. While I enjoy reading his posts after games, he clearly has an agenda against our best player and perhaps best RB in the game. If only Chan would commit to the run...
''Listen, you score 34 points, you're supposed to win the damn game,'' Nix said, referring to a 35-34 loss to Tennessee two weeks ago. ''I mean, how many do we have to score?''
Damn right!
Nix stated on WGR that he wants a franchise QB in place before he leaves. Awesome, great to hear. My question is, who out of next years draft crop is the best choice?
For me, its a toss up between Geno Smith and Matt Barkley. What do you say?
I do...which is why i frequent this website multiple times a day.
Mario returns from the bye-week with a vengeance and shows Bills' nation why Ralph paid 100 million to bring him in. I see 2.5 sacks and 5-6 QB hurries.
BRING IT BITCHES!
GO BILLS!!!!!!
Julius Peppers, who I believe was a better player than Mario when he signed with Chicago, took a year before he started making the impact he does now. The expectations were ridiculously high. People expected him to have 15 sacks by now. I'm still thrilled that we have MW on the squad for the next 5 years or so. I'm not worried about him, yet.
Im not worried at all about Mario. New team, new scheme, and new position (after playing OLB). I am worried about Dareus however. Hopefully just a combo of his tragedy and the typical sophmore slump ( ahem, Cam Newtom, ahem).
