is the Bills putting this on their own channel a veiled shot at Dorsey/McD to get it together? I hope so.

Stuck in the mud = Coaching & Lack of Talent
RyanC883 replied to PepeSilvia's topic in The Stadium Wall
it's a combo. Bean has missed on numerous high round picks. The Groot/Basham duo are particularly glaring. Ignoring WR2 and the continual "hope" that a player improves is nonsensical. That said, McD can't coach himself out of a paper bag on game day against good teams. The defensive timeouts, the lack of knowledge as to why the offense stops going up tempo (note to McD: you are the HC!), have held the team back more than the lack of talent. Even with this current team, we should have beat the Jets, Jags, and Cincy with better offensive playcalling--it's on both Dorsey and McD at this point.- 38 replies

Regression in season ending and manner of play are what’s worrisome. I suppose you are fine with regression and continuing poor offensive play, and not winning a SB.
-
it's like the FO and coaching staff hitting the fans in the head.
-
Dane had the highest CB PFF grade for our defense in the Cincy game (#5 overall for D), for whatever that is worth. Miller was 2nd to last. https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/2023/11/grading-the-buffalo-bills-in-week-9-how-bad-is-the-damage-after-loss-to-bengals.html

I have. I'd still go for it. Or just punt a touchback. Depends on where we are. Can't give teams like Cincy or other good offenses short fields, esp. with the current state of the D. Would rather be able to get out of our own end and then give a touchback on a punt.

kind of my fear, limping into playoffs with wins against bad teams (Broncos/Jets) and then you have the issue of McD hanging around for another season, and ridiculous fans buying ridiculous priced tickets in the new stadium. 90's Dolphins.
-
a tendency that a QB coach or OC should be able to get out of him. But nope, not here. Just clapp along with the HC.
-
When did he build a "top team." A team that made 1 AFC Championship game and then regressed tremendously. You don't keep that coach around. McD LUCKED into the playoffs with Tyrod. And then did what: lost. Losing playoff games is not getting it done. We do not have a top 5 coach. who would be your picks from that list. Mine would be the Johnsons.
-
OC Johnson from Det. OC Johnson from PHL. OC Kellen Moore Chargers. OC Bienemy Commanders. why? The trend is downward. Why give him another shot. He is wasting JA. He's proven he can't get it done.
-
13 seconds: bad season. Last season: bad ending. This season: even worse. See a trend: regression!

won't be so sure about that. Will be awful hard to sell tickets to a new stadium with early playoff exits when you have Allen. Unless we are a fanbase of morons who accept mediocrity.

Let’s hope this is their Tampa Bay 2021 game.
RyanC883 replied to Rocbillsfan1's topic in The Stadium Wall
the up-tempo offense worked in the first drive. Then we abandoned it. Then we brought it back. It had a different feel than the Tampa game when we finally figured out the offense. That said, if we finally go up-tempo all game, we should put up 30+ and that should be enough to win most games. -
fire McD chant is the most appropriate. Does not matter who the OC is as long as McD is in charge.
-
nope, if you are that close with this offense, you go for it. ridiculous. The Civil Trial is a money grab with a lower standard of proof.

McDermott answers why we stopped uptempo offense
RyanC883 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
and who would that be? -
the injury excuse is tiresome. The D was basically fine last night. No injuries on offense, just no talent to go along with Allen, Diggs, and Kincaid, and a piss poor coordinator and HC who apparently is oblivious to that side of the ball.

we have a lot of needs, but I'd put WR as number 1, and trade up to get one. Other needs: Other Top Needs: --OL (Spencer Brown is a backup, might also need a Center). --Safety. Poyer and Hyde are slow, need to get quicker. Other Needs if available: --LB. If there is one available later in the draft, could be good to have a backup for the always injured Milano. Although Williams may fill that void, so not a huge need. --DL. Again, not a huge draft need if we can keep Jones and Joseph. If someone is there, take him. Those guys are not getting younger. --CB. Not too worried. Jackson and Benford are okay, perhaps Elam really is hurt this year? Douglas may be Tre's replacement. Again, draft one if BPA. ,

I'd trade up for him. We need day 1 impact weapons. They exist, even at WR (See Addison, Najibja, Flowers, Rice, Dell)
-
MCD. He hired these guys. And his in game mgt is awful.
-
not sure Dorsey will even know what to do with a WR 2.
-
coaching staff is a joke
-
time to bench Von. He’s not just not himself, he is a liability.
-
trade our cap waste in Miller and Knox.

great job Miller
