  1. the bolded part is 100% spot-on. We have a right to be "upset," or "frustrated," but calling Bills fans negative is ridiculous. I can't think of another sports team that would sell out or even have as many fans in the stadium (or a message board as passionate as this) after 17 non-playoff seasons!
  2. Hey, guys, go easy on the OP. Perhpas the 49ers like one of the QB's in the draft. The one issue is that Jimmy is a FA. The 49ers may not go after him, they may go after Cousins. In that case, we should pursue Jimmy. Sweet revenge: beating the Pats** and Bellicheck with Jimmy in a playoff game!!
  3. Good post by the OP. I'd imagine that obtaining either Keenum or Smith would cost the least amount of picks (I think Keenum is a FA?). In Smith's case, KC likely wants to start Mahommes anyway.
  4. exactly. if we had last years OC we make the playoffs easily. DC needed to go. OC should have stayed.
  5. never said or implied the last part, but the Patriots have an institutional history of cheating, and they get calls that no other team gets (Gronk one game suspension, for example). And Gronk is not "fast," he pushes off. That's why he looks/is open so often.
  6. totally agree. The dude is a headcase. I would start talking to him about his mom, gf, etc after plays. I would also bump him every time he comes off the line. The combo of those 2 things and he'll lose his mind, commit offensive PI, etc. quite easy to make it look that way when you push-off every play.
  7. I like the idea. Was a great signing. He's got some toughness to him also in terms of looking to hit defenders.
  8. Nice. Bills game in Pittsburgh. Was worried we'd get Cleveland v. Chicago due to Cleveland being in AFC North.
  9. I think Dennison is the issue.
  10. I'd keep TT over Dennison. I want Dennison gone. The second half against Miami was a joke. Someone else must have called the plays in the 1st half, because classic Dennison returned with a vengeance in the 2nd and almost cost us the game.
  11. yeah, but it's the Browns. So we all know how this goes...... Watch both Rosen and Darnold stay in school. If that happens, what do the Browns do? Pick another QB, trade back? They should be able to load up on this draft. And I think they have a solid framework in place (good HC, decent RB's, good D) to bounce back quickly.
  12. I don't think the Pats*** rest their starters, ever. At least not this early. Gronk should not have been playing against the Steelers, that's on the NFL. I really hope Milano nails Gronk (legally) and repeatedly.
  13. This, of course, is the most "Bills" way to miss the playoffs. The second most "Bills" way would be to defeat the Pats***, and lose to Miami and not make it. I just have a feeling this year that we make it.
  14. I agree. I'd go so far as to say that Shady is (well, should be) a MVP candidate. Take him off the Bills and we are looking at 2 wins. He runs against 8 in the box, plays WR when needed like last game, etc.
  15. who is the guy we just got from Oakland? He likely suits-up if Gaines can't go? I really hope Gaines is in there. Guy is tough.
  16. players on winning teams get more hype. When is the vote? If we make the playoffs perhaps the voters will note that White has 2 or perhaps even 3 game "winning" Int's (other team driving, he intercepts the ball).
  17. Great point!! OP is an anarchist!!!!!!!!!!
  18. I think "the Process" had players with "attitude" in Carolina.
  19. I LOVE the Draft. But in no way does winning this year make it harder to win next year. The argument is ridiculous.
  20. Correct. See also, teams that are continually good: Balt, Pittsburgh, Pats***, Green Bay, etc.
  21. If he were on any other team it would have been a 4 game suspension. Post-play hit, to the back of the head, leading with the elbow. But he's Gronk, and he plays for the Pats***, and he's funny.......and other such nonsense.
  22. I'd agree. If the ref had an obstructed view, that's one thing. But if a ref saw it and missed it, wow. Although the ref's did miss a clear facemask on Shady in the game
  23. in that case, yeah, terrible miss. I thought there was someone who just watched the backfield, but I could be wrong.
  24. I can't believe the Steelers left him basically single covered, esp. on the 2 point conversion. It was unreal. They need a new DC. And I totally agree w/ the bolded part!
