the whole running game and offense regressed big time. I can't tell if its Castillo's coaching or Dennison. Why they changed from what worked slightly last year is beyond me.

I would love to have McCoy, more than than one of the recently fired Carolina guys.

I agree. I'm sick of the excuse that TT has no WR talent. REALLY? Benjamin suddenly sucks? Thompson was wide open for a TD vs. Jax, and TT missed him. O'Leary is good, Clay is good. Matthews was a good-great WR in Philly. What's the common issue?. We lack a QB. And we likely upgrade the OL and RB depth in the draft. I'm not a fan of Dennison, but these are very fair points to make.

Not Shula's fault that they WAYYYY overdrafted McCaffrey. But, is Shula's fault for running him up the middle continually. I want a creative OC who can tailor his approach to the players we have/will have. We need to find a Kamara type next draft. Having Shady and another great RB would be a huge help to whoever is the next QB.

I like Bradford, but L. Jackson scares me. I'd prefer Rudolph at that spot.

Riveron needs to go. He is beyond terrible. He gets calls clearly wrong and is inconsistent in his approach to overruling the call on the field. Also, why is one guy in charge of making these determinations. Should be a panel of at least 3.

Wouldn't mind it depending on the cost. I would love to see the Bills draft a Center/Guard such as Price (oh. State); Wynn (Georgia) or Bozeman (Alabama). Would help out a lot to have that flexibility and top level of play if Woods and/or Incognito got hurt. yes!!!!!!

First, this is a cool offseason topic. And great job putting together the list. But, I think you "let go" a few too many depth guys who won't cost a lot such as: Colt Anderson, Cadet, Dupre, Holmes, Humber, and Henderson. etc. Also, I would DEF keep Clay and Zay Jones,. if he agreed to do that, it would be fantastic. He'd be a great rotational DT with to go along with whomever we pick at DT and/or bring in as a FA.

I agree. Kyle I'd keep, but would have to be at a lower cost. He was about 7 million this year.

I love this announcer team. Romo is great at explaining the offensive side of the ball. Wouldn't surprise me if he eventually coaches, but he's good at announcing and it's much pressure.

I like Brown also. Not flash, but solid MLB. If we can keep him at a reasonable # he opens up the ability to draft OLB's. Only two I would be upset at not seeing back are Gaines and Matthews. After that, getting Cadet, P. Brown, Henderson, and D. Thompson would be a bonus. I see some of the other "role players" coming back also. If K. Williams does not retire I'd love to have him back, but not at his current price. All in all not a bad FA class for the Bills to be worried about. that's a bizzare take, IMO. Why wouldn't they keep him. Would he take a paycut to stay here? Who could they get in FA that is as good as him. If they can swap him for someone younger then fine, but hoping for a G in the draft is risky. Why make a hole when you don't need to.

that's a good point about Keenum. We have seen one year wonders before and the league catches them in year 2. Smith or Bradford would make more sense.
