  1. Anderson and some actual WR's could be good. SWeet pass to Zay
  2. So your initial response that trading KB and Clay would "extend the rebuild by 10 years," has been abandoned? Good. Anderson looks interested. Ivory looks interested. THe O-line may be interested, they just have a talent defecit. I think the D is interested, just old and worn out from being on the field all game.
  3. well, I'm blaming you. Watch the game. No mowing your lawn during the 2nd half!
  4. First, your initial response stated that trading KB and Clay, "would extend the rebuild by 10 years." Still waiting a justification to that ridiculous/snarky response. Now that you've shifted your justification, Are you watching? Clay is expensive, a loafer, and getting rid of him opens valuable cap space. KB loafing around leads to an INT. Neither are interested. Trade them. Use whatever low pick you get for a defensive player.
  5. A bllls QB would throw a TD pass, perhaps not to the Bills, but still....;)
  6. I didn't say trade a contributor. Please explain how getting rid of KB and Clay--who add ZERO, would lengthen this rebuild??
  7. also no clue why Steelers let Mitchell go. He's a baller. Bills should have picked him up.
  8. great job by KB going for the ball. Not. Trade him and Clay to Dallas. Shed Clay's contract and lazy-ass KB.
  9. yep. which is good, because was not working w/ him in the booth.
  10. we need to get rid of Clay's contract and Clay. Trade him for a conditional pick in 2030. Our D is also looking it's age. And why playign zone against Luck and HIlton. Keep White on Hilton. Anderson looks good given the circumstances.
  11. Brock had a hot hand against the Bears. The Bears can't handle average to below average offenses apparently.! Agreed. draft another QB. Keep Anderson, Rookie and Allen. Or get Teddy B, Rookie and Allen, which is what I would like anyway because it appears we will only get a small sample-size of Allen this year. I now have the Peyton Manning/Brad Pasley commercial "we're getting the band back together" stuck in my head!
  12. perhaps MCD can hire him as QB coach! I hate the solo game having an "MVP" slot. Makes it too much like gambling, less like the skill(ish) playing it used to be for a single game.
  13. I'd start Bills D. Luck throws Int's, and we likely sack him 3 times at least.
  14. The Colts WR's drop balls like they are trying out for the Bills. The Bills D is fantastic. We finally move the ball on offense and the D plays lights-out again. Bills 17, Colts 7.
  15. I like it. Now we can find out what WR's to keep and what ones to ditch.
  16. Yolo. you think we draft a QB in the first 3 rounds next year? I could see, ideally, one of two situations: 1. Most ideal: Bridgewater, Allen, Vet backup. 2. Allen, Rookie, Vet backup. Oh, and a real QB coach please. Berthard is looking decent in SF, my guess is because he has Shananan as his HC.
  17. hopefully draft his eventual replacement next year, and have Alexander for at least another year so the rookie can learn from him. Perhaps he is like James Harrison and has like 3 good years left.!
  18. I like it, but I would have taken a bigger risk with Bridgewater (he had an injury risk) and had Allen, Bridgewater, and Anderson. I think this is possible. Anderson did say something about teams contacting him earlier but he didn't feel the time was right. Perhaps didn't want to do training camp, etc. I still don't get how Landry Jones is out there and Peterman is here. The offensive system here is not that complex.
  19. unfortunately this is correct. Although I'd still cut Peterman and bring in Landry Jones or Matt Moore.
  20. Poor O-line, play calling, and not getting into the redzone much.
  21. same here. there should be some decent ones available. QB from Northwestern looks great. I started a thread on this 2 weeks ago and got flamed, likely from the same people now claiming that Allen is a bust (which I was not claiming then or now)
  22. Apparently facts don't matter to you. Is Allen surrounded by as much talent as Mahomes? Did he sit for a year and learn from Reid and A. Smith. Does Allen have anyone of the caliber (or near it) to Reid to discuss plays with during the game?
  23. he can also learn by sitting on the bench and watching a vet. worked for many QB's, Mahomes the most recent example. Although Goff is an example of playing right away helping. At any rate, any QB will look terrible with this OL and WR group. this is a ridiculous cliche around here. If this were true, Hughes, McCoy, and Benjamin would not be on this team, to name a few. And White would not be tweeting at Mike R. (which I loved, btw). Exactly. The play calling has been atrocious. And how about bringing in a real QB coach.
