  1. are you in gastroenterology? Your avatar makes me think this. If so, that's a great avatar!
  2. What a terrible article of random thoughts by Peter King. Reminds me why I stopped reading his nonsense. Bean "didn't bite." Why? Did he not like OBJ? What was the offer? "Didn't bite" tells NOTHING. Like most of King's posts, they are full of, "I have this inside source," then say absolutely nothing. And his non-football/sports rants are tiresome also. He goes off into wild speculation (i.e. women's apparel) when he could, I don't know, just ask a women's sports announcer (not all of whom are attractive or dressed in cocktail attire, btw). Just a terrible all-around article.
  3. humm.. I think Hurst is still playing? I think it depends on who is still available. I'd still go Oliver over him just for an interior disruptive presence, but I'd still take Sweat. I won't sweat Sweat's medical. It could be an "abnormal" (but normal) EKG that came back because he's so lean.
  4. so true! that Pats*** miss out on FA, and it's really some part of a "master plan" by Bellicheck.
  5. wouldnt mind Penn on a prove it deal. we have the cap space. could have a deep line.
  6. That sucks for the Saints. Trade Bodine for their second. Draft top center with that pick. Or trade back into first and do it. I think the Nc State kid can play Guard also. Groy mau be the best FA left for them.
  7. thats fine. he can fall to 9 and skmeone will trade a tin of picks to us!
  8. so, with Clayborn requesting to be released, and NE missing out on some FA's including Beasley and Humphries, where is the national narrative that no one wants to play for the Bellicheat/Grinch???
  9. With Miller now gone, I wonder who we pickup as a backup OL. Anyone have suggestions? I don't know enough about the guys on this list.
  10. this is what I'd like to do. High skilled players who can be huge difference makers when productive/healthy. I'd also add Cook to that list.
  11. I'm not sure. Seems a bit redundant with Beasley and Kroft and whomever we draft. I see him in GB back with Rodgers. It's how you run the Raiders!!!! there is that. He could be a good add if the speed is still there. has great hands, which is a plus catching 100 mph balls from allen!
  12. That would be awesome! None of these guys really have the HUGE K that says "i'll get it." If it was OL, you'd assume Josh. that should be the picture to recruit FA's to Buffalo!
  13. I think trading is a possibility. Say LB White is available. The Steelers NEED an ILB. They would likely swap 1st and give us a 2nd or 3rd. That'd be hard to pass-up, esp. if we think one of the Iowa TE's is available at 20, and get an Edge before the draft. ON THE OTHER HAND: Say something crazy happens like Bosa, Williams, or Allen is available at say 4. I could see a trade-up. The Raiders are crazy? Perhaps Zay Jones and our 1st to trade up. Most likely: we stay where we are and choose between White and Oliver. A great problem to have, IMO! Then trade back into the first and grab an OT.
  14. Would love this pick. Drafted him in the mock draft page! Great find. He was very productive at Kansas, and likely drew a decent amount of attention from opposing teams.
  15. not a huge fan of Metcaf at #9, honestly. I'd rather take Hock. I think there are better WR's in this draft. Metcaf is not as skilled as Megatron, IMO, and did not dominate the same way Megatron did in college. DK in the second is fine. Williams at #9 would be insane. Sometimes I wonder if fanspeak is just messing with people. I did a draft, Williams was there at 9, and I exited and did it over.
  16. Yep, Beasley chose Buffalo over NE: https://sportsday.dallasnews.com/dallas-cowboys/cowboys/2019/03/14/cole-beasley-picked-bills-cowboys-patriots-opportunities-felt-like-could Allen was also a draw for Beasley and Brown: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001022827/article/cole-beasley-watch-the-film-before-bashing-josh-allen
  17. wow, this is fantastic.
  18. 1: R1P9 TE T.J. HOCKENSON IOWA 2: R2P8 LB DEVIN BUSH MICHIGAN 3: R3P10 G CHRIS LINDSTROM BOSTON COLLEGE 4: R4P10 OT KALEB MCGARY WASHINGTON 5: R4P29 WR ANTHONY JOHNSON BUFFALO 6: R5P9 EDGE MAXX CROSBY EASTERN MICHIGAN 7: R5P20 EDGE JORDAN BRAILFORD OKLAHOMA STATE 8: R6P8 RB BRYCE LOVE STANFORD 9: R7P11 DL DANIEL WISE KANSAS 10: R7P14 RB MYLES GASKIN WASHINGTON all the QB's were available at 9, so in reality a trade-down would have occurred. But still happy with this draft.
  19. Welcome to The Process. Competition at every position. If you are not playing at a Pro Bowl level (or even at a starter level in the case of these 2), you are subject to being replaced. Looks like The Process is working.
  20. looks like on twitter that some are speculating Poyer will give him 21, and Poyer will use #33.
  21. this. someone the other team will have to account for every time he is on he field.
  22. including a few WR's, IMO.
  23. I'm thinking, hoping, that more players flip from the Jets. Would be fantastic!~!!!!
  24. would love to see Allen have a mini WR-QB camp in Cali with Foster, Brown, Cole, etc.
  25. wow. you think the Saints could have kept him at that price. I would have liked him here.
