Devin Singletary vs Leveon Bell 2019 Stats
RyanC883 replied to DefenseWins's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bell had a very unusual and patient style in Pittsburgh Bell totally relied on the Pgh O-line that was elite when he was there. -
NFL really needs to change playoff seeding. Perhaps this will be the year that finally forces that.

are they counting contact where a defender grazes him in the pocket prior to him taking off? He seems to be smarter about sliding and getting out of bounds (yet still runs very well).

Who is your favorite current Buffalo Bill and why?
RyanC883 replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Allen is an obvious choice. Others include: Knox, Milano. or White. or Brown, or Beasley, or any O-lineman. Really hard to pick. So many fun players who also seem like cool guys. -
Will Bird Fans Infiltrate New Era?
RyanC883 replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
also, the biggest benefit to the Bills of a Dome: sold out stadium, full of bills fans. Imagine how loud that is going to be for opposing offenses! buy Steeler tickets also. Need a big contingent of Bills fans down here! -
man, if the Bills are supposed to regret passing on Jackson, how are the Dolphins, Jets, and Cardinals supposed to feel??? Or how should the Pats*** feel for thinking Brady would last forever and not taking Jackson?? in all seriousness, I'd rather have Josh. He fits our offense better. And I think Jackson is a better fit for the Balt offense.

a Dome is a great idea. It will also amplify the sound of the crowd.

PFTPM Coach of the Week - McDermott One
RyanC883 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
McD is clearly the coach of the week. O'Brien is overrated, IMO. Letting the Pats** back in the game late. That was bad. McD took a team off a somewhat big victory over Denver, into a team playing to keep its coach on a short week and destroyed them. -
I hope this works out for two reasons: (1) seems like a great guy, and players seem to love playing for him; (2) if he turns Carolina around, perhaps he gets a HC job there or elsewhere, creating one less vacancy and opportunity for a team to poach one of our coordinators!

As great as Daboll and Frazier are, I don't see either going anywhere. Likely both get a raise. But on the DC side, I think Butler from the Steelers gets poached before Frazier. Frazier was not a great HC. He may profile as a Dick LeBeau type DC (i.e. Hall of Fame DC). Daboll will need another year at this level before getting HC offers, and I can't see our QB coach being a HC candidate. Perhaps OC somewhere, but HC seems like a stretch.

Not sure we "passed on him," we could have taken him at 10, but that seemed high. We traded back, and both he and Mahomes went before our pick (that turned into White). Perhaps we thought he'd fall to use when we took White. I think I'd rather have Allen than Watson, IMO. Would be interesting to see Allen with Watson's weapons, although Watson has a sieve for an offensive line. Some good young QB's in the AFC!

1/2 this list is pure fantasy. No way like Lincoln Riley or McDermott are leaving their jobs. Perhaps Harbaugh gets canned this year since he can never beat OSU and that's all Michigan fans care about. Rhule is another possibility given that Baylor (as a Private school) likely lacks the resources of OU to throw a ton of cash at him. we passed on Watson??
-
he also made some great throws while on the move, and while sitting in the pocket. O-line did a great job! He looked like I envision him if he pans out like we all hope, good in the pocket, accurate on the run, and able to take off and scramble smartly when needed. Also, the "receiver woes" for Brady is also a comical excuse. If he's the GOAT, WR's are irrelevant. Who is Russel Wilson throwing the ball to? A slot WR who is a carrear #2 in Lockett, and a rookie who suspect hands in Metcalf.
