  1. we only want WR’s under 6’!
  2. I totally agree. And if we don't get him and someone behind us does (because we don't put in a claim) we will regret it if he's on KC or any other team.
  3. he can retire after we win the SB with him this year.
  4. I think he's gotta return to school. Unless he has insurance and needs to declare for the draft this year for the policy to apply.
  5. D needs a pass rusher. Here is one. Let's get it done!!!
  6. esp. on a defense that only has 2 other quality players. (Peterson and Jones)
  7. this is the second time this season the Steelers have re-injured a player trying to get them back too early. Connor should have sat another week. Instead he played, and re-injured his shoulder. Just plain stupidity. That said, JuJu has been a non-factor this season with or without Duck, and White would have shut him down. JuJu playing may have been better, Duck would have not known to throw at JuJu or his fav target Washington. Now he will pepper Washington, who White will also shutdown. yeah, I'm not one to cheer injuries. Good teams beat teams who play their best players. We shutdown Brown and Jackson last week. Duck and JuJu would have been fine to shutdown.
  8. I'd say it's on Allen and Daboll. The play calling the first half of games this year has been atrocious and doesn't allow a young QB to get into rhythm. That said, JA totally airmailed some passes and failed to execute some basic things in the Ravens game.
  9. yeah, like, I can see PFF saying "JA has disappointed against great defenses," but then saying that makes Duck the better QB is a logical fallacy.
  10. Awesome. Hope all is well with the family. I'm nearby in Pine. Hope to see you at the game!
  11. she sounds totally awesome. Pretty cool they were high school sweethearts. And this yet again proves how terrible Pats*** fans are. When KC comes here for the AFC Championship Game next year lets try to be better hosts to the visiting fans (but not the other team!) yeah, there were a decent amount of Ravens fans in the parking lot where I was. They were there for the party and the game. Everyone got along. You can get along in the parking lot, stands, yet cheer for your own team. I don't think we have too many opponents fans in our stands. IF we do, then we need to buy more tickets!
  12. sorry, didn't mean to sound prying with the reason for not going to the game comment. Just giving you a hard time/bad attempt at being funny That's dedication driving up and back for all the home games. And Gibsonia!!!!! That's awesome. What township? I was in Hampton for a while. I think Wexford Ale House was an "unofficial" Bills Backer Bar. The owner is from Buffalo. Beef on Weck was (perhaps still is) on the menu. The wife is not a huge fan of the place, so I haven't been in a while.
  13. symptom of sports fans getting quickly spoiled. Figured there would be other home playoff games to attend. OOPS.
  14. yep, drinking begins at 7am. Steelers 12-3 or something in last 15 home primetime games. Crazy record. Lets make that 12-4!!!! I'll be there. Section 506. Freezing my a** off and being loud for Bills.
  15. Here are some ideas of what to do in PGH: https://travel.usnews.com/Pittsburgh_PA/Things_To_Do/ https://www.planetware.com/tourist-attractions-/pittsburgh-us-pa-pt.htm personally, I recommend the Science Center, Incline, Strip District and History Center. The Science Center currently has a Mummy exhibit that is getting GREAT reviews (have not gone yet). It also has a decommissioned WWII era submarine that you can tour. The Incline is just fun, great views, and lots of bars/restaurants in Station Square. The Strip District is also a fun place to visit, better on Sat morning because everything is open, but still a good place to hit up on Sunday Morning. Finally, the History Center is really good, and there is a Sports History Center attached to it (although it is a Western PA sports history center). Someone also mentioned casinos. Rivers Casino is also right downtown. Good place if you're into gambling. PM me if you need any other suggestions!
  16. what are your reasons for not going to the game?!?!?!?!?!?!? There are no good reasons. Get here!!!! Also, question: do you drive up and back for Bills games? I had ST's one year and did that. Exhausting, but doable. Steelers fans are spoiled brats. Living here, I can't even listen to anything Steelers on sports radio. It's like the world is ending if they lose one game, and the amount of "Tomlin sucks," is ridiculous.
  17. The Omar Epps Tomlin look alike may be the best in all of Football. I bet if you asked, most Steeler fans or perhaps even Steeler players couldn't pick them out of a lineup!
  18. I do agree with keeping Divisions, but one problem with ignoring them and going completely on records is what if one team has a garbage division that it dominates, while another division is tough and keeps beating each other. Imagine a situation where one team in the NFC East was actually good this year (yeah, difficult to imagine, but just do it!), that team could be like 15-1. A decent team, but not good team, would be something like 12-4. This could potentially keep out a better Rams team in a harder division out of the Playoffs, when the Rams are the better team. Overall, I like your plan more than the scrap divisions. I have no idea how to solve the issue I mentioned above, or if it would even be an issue most years.
  19. no, it's really a game the Bills should win. The Steelers D has feasted on weaker offenses over the past few weeks. They do cause havoc, but if we have an offense we need to win. We don't allow points on D, and the Duck is the worse QB we will face all year. We should keep the Steelers under 10. We need to score more than 10, or we have serious issues.
  20. good points. And if we don't beat the Steelers, we are not even close to having a serviceable offense, and I hope Daboll gets a HC job in the offseason so he's gone. The Cards moved the ball on PIT prior to Murray becoming INT prone.
  21. Steelers have Hayden and Fitzpatrick. Plus they do not need to blitz to get pressure. Daboll needs a good game plan. We should win this game. D is equal, and a franchise QB should not lose to an undrafted rookie. If we lose, we have very serious issues on offense. (The Cards moved it on out prior to Murray throwing interceptions)
  22. We need to win this game. D is equal. Offense we are better. If not, then we have major issues. Really, a franchise QB does not loose to an undrafted rookie.
  23. this is why it’s time to weed out the non-performers. Next time the CBA is up let them strike. A certain percentage of them clearly don't care about doing a good job.
  24. yeah, but that is not much of a grading scale. The worst thing that happens is you get 16 reg season games. Overall officiating is poor, and there are likely better refs in college. Time to weed out the bottom 20 percent.
  25. and if you do, you have quick routes designed to get the ball out quickly, much like NE does. However, this was not happening.
