excuses. He was never an elite prospect. He could have been a good career backup. a lot could have been worked on with him. We lacked any structure to assist players. That said, it has nothing to do with him not getting a chance elsewhere.

great analysis, I’d say the 3-5 CB’s are generally weak links. Desmond King would be a nice add. it will loom much better with a pass rush. I thi k we also need an upgraded 2-5 CB.

I'm beginning to wonder if we just don't use our TE's that often? Like Kroft supposedly has great hands, had a great game, but disappeared after that. Perhaps he can't get open. Knox on the other hand seems to be open, dropping easy catches and making difficult ones. our front 7 are not good enough to stop a team starting within either 30 yard line at this point 🤪

he has a wrestling background. I have no clue if he's played well or not, but that seems to carry a lot of weight with McD. All I know is it looks like the entire DL is moving backwards on plays. We need a great run stopper and run blocker in next years draft. A pass rusher will be nice, but a great one is hard to find where we draft. I'd take a look at someone from a small school. That said, we should have drafted Maxx Crosby 2 yrs ago!
