  1. would love Adams or Bryant here.
  2. news flash: SOME PEOPLE kick better in bad weather than others.
  3. he is a career 79% FG kicker in college. Not great, esp. if he struggles in bad weather.
  4. what about 50+? and i'm sure the senior bowl was not freezing rain, or snowing, etc. % over 50 is what i care about. We already have a guy who hits 50 and under. and hits it in bad weather.
  5. it's really really bizzare, IMO
  6. hey now? He didn't. It was raining out, and it was 10 yards short. The dog was still all wet. If it went through the Dyson uprights he would have dried off!
  7. ok, enough kicker talk. Who do we all want next?
  8. % not so hot. Also, the weather issue.
  9. Hunter Bryan from Washington could be the pick here also. I'm thinking the CB from Wake, however.
  10. ok, so next pick: Willikes (Edge) Adams (OT) Prince (OT) other options? nope, have read a few writeups. And generally, the stats on kickers don't lie. This isn't like a writup on a position player where there is a lot going on. The guy either can hit kicks or can't.
  11. yep. won't even be watching. But that's a great pick for them, since they need to punt a lot. puts the other team way back.
  12. kicker makes sense, but only if he is better than the current guy. This guy isn't. I"d rather take Mann, drop the current punters, and/or get a depth LB/STer.
  13. CRAP. Now the Jets get Mann.
  14. nope, it's an awful pick. You shouldn't waste picks. If a guy has issues in inclement weather, and isn't good over 50, what's the point. He won't beat out House Money, so why pick him? Get Mann, who can flip the field. Or a backup/ST starting LB, OL, etc. This does not strike me as a "high ceiling" pick.
  15. Mann (P). This guy can't hit over 50. He solves nothing for us, IMO. House Money is fine under 50, and can kick in bad weather--something this guy can't. This guy is all kickoff specialist. I'm fine if they use him in that manner, otherwise, it was a total throw away pick.
  16. but not this guy. Check out the NFL writeup. Has trouble kicking from over 50 yards, even more concerning, trouble in "inclement weather." He will not beat Houshaka. He is only a kickoff specialist. Awful pick with Mann (P) still on board, as well as CB, DBs, and other kickers. https://www.nfl.com/prospects/tyler-bass?id=32194241-5355-5802-e27b-153ecc1a567e
  17. that's all this guy is. Totally a awful pick. No way around it. He is not good over 50, can't kick in inclement weather. With some CB's, guards, and Mann available, this pick is total poop.
  18. yeah, but then there is this: Weaknesses On the smaller size Had some issues kicking in inclement weather Doesn't explode hips through the football Sky-ball trajectory might limit his range from 50-plus (we already have a kicker who does under 50 yards) Career FG percentage (77.4) fell under his expected FG percentage of 80.3
  19. this kicker is a wasted pick.
  20. um....wtf. looks like a kickoff specialist form that. and "has trouble kicking in inclement weather?>???!"
  21. is this guy better than the guy from South Carolina, who I thougt was the #1 rated kicker? I'd rather take Mann, personally. Someone who can flip a field. This guy needs to be able to actually beat our Houskha to be a good pick here, IMO.
  22. lots of OL help, odd this late. some decent CB's still available.
  23. what are people thinking here??? I'm guessing CB....I've been doing that since Rd. 3 and have not been right. Eventually might be? Or Ol. Surprise but awesome pick would be Mann
