his stats are sick. Edmunds is def top 10. and his ceiling is massive. I’d still love to see a better run stuffer and pass defender there, and Edmunds outside, but he fits the bill inside esp with out DT’s.

I think football happens in the fall or spring. that said, lets do this hypo where it and college does not happen. I think the draft will go like this: a lotto system, where the picks will be televised because the NFL can make a show out of anything. The number of balls may correlate to the past years draft picks based in records (the draft order would eliminate trades and simply go by team record. worst record, more balls). To make it even more interesting/crazy, you could do the lotto before each round, with the number of balls in that round related to the position of pick in last round. I think every team would get a 1st if there is no season, otherwise what you just explained would be true and unfair. basically making past trades worth more to the receiving team. The Steelers would hate this also as it traded a 1st for safety Fitzpatrick.

if there is no season, it will be interesting to see how they order the draft next year. but I think we have a spring season.

I’d guess he is in decent shape. I’d say he could gove Peterman a run. Not a knock on Peterman. I doubt NFL cancels. Most likely is a spring season like the NCAA is allegedly contemplating. Which would also be the death of MLB IMo.

I'm assuming that just like this year for spring sports, college seniors in fall sports would get another year of eligibility. Would make the draft totally crazy. Hopefully the NCAA would take back players that didn't get drafted. Although, I think College Football happens, it could be in the Spring, and that would likely push the draft back. It would also glue me to tv: Lacrosse, College Football, and College basketball at the same time!!!

I think EJ gets traded if he and Norman and Wallace all have good camps. EJ has the injury bug, we need availability, and some team with a CB injury would trade for EJ. On offense, I'm not sure any of the cuts would surprise me. As much as Murphy is overpaid, I'd keep him because if there are injuries, he is a fantastic backup/rotational guy.

I like this idea a lot. It basically protects players like Fromm, Foster, etc. from being poached because they could be needed due to COVID.

perhaps the Pens were fine with him leaving for that reason and saw it ahead of time. Wish he went to team besides the Sabers if he was that bad. Like the Capitals.

just shocked. I'm a Pens fan, and he was supposed to take over for Rutherford. Then, suddenly, the Pens were okay with Rutherford sticking around and Botterill going to the Sabers. For any Sabers fans here, what was the issue? Bad trades? He always got a lot of credit for the Pens good trades, but it does seem the trades/scouting here got even better once he left. is Kervyn an interim GM?

QB: C Could be better this year. RB: B+ Motor himself could be A-, and with Moss it could be even better TE: C+. I think we are unduly "hard" on our TE's around here. Most of the league TE play is average. I expect this to rise a ton this year, however. WR: A+ We have the best WR in the league, IMO in Diggs, a great burner in Brown, and a great slot player in Beasley. Solid depth as well. OL: C. On the one hand, the pressures on JA were terrible last year, on the other hand, the running game was good when Daboll remembered it existed and JA was great at scrambling. Pass protection def. needs to improve. CB: A-. White is elite, and the rest are above average, IMO. S: A White and Poyer are fantastic. Poyer needs to regain his tackling form, however. LB: B. Milano is above average, and Edmund's improved greatly last year and made the pro bowl. The 3rd LB gives me pause, however. DL: B+. The DL did a great job last year and Oliver came on strong at the end of the season. ST: C-. Way too sporadic last year. Punting and FG kicking must be much more consistent. It looked like a college team out there sometimes with the inconsistency.

Jets only hope is a 6 game season. Get hot for 6 games. That said, I'd take 6 games over 0 games. Not ideal, however.

I can see us keeping 3. A quarantined QB could be a good idea. I could see JA, Barkley and Fromm.

I love that his instinct is not to "check down," Daboll needs to draw-up intermediate routes where the play is, in fact, a "check-down". We have a ton of weapons that will spread out defenses, and getting Knox, Moss, or Singletary the ball within 5 yards of the LOS could result in a huge gain.

that’s just mean. I believe Knox also started wearing gloves at some point last season. I wonder of the drops went down after that? The ability to make contested catches is there, and I believe he will concentrate more on the easy ones. I cant find a proline Diggs jersey anywhere in anything by XL and above. Anyone know where to find a proline medium????

as much as I love this, I'm hoping that Moss can take some of these 3rd and 1's from Allen this year. Another weapon out there, and takes some potential beating off Allen. also, looks like a great job by the revamped OL in those situations last year.
