  1. definitely. Thanks @Virgil
  2. of course they do. and it’s total nonsense. it also screws rookies, team bonding, esp for FA, etc. Tretter is nuts.
  3. would love this. wanted him before det got him. I think James would help bring this offense to next level with blocking and catching ability. he is a total TE.
  4. Fanspeak. This was just odd how the board worked. I think this adds some great offensive weapons. Unfortunately no 1T, and not much pass rush help. Finally, does anyone know what option you have to select for Fanspeak to "grade" your draft? 30: R1 P30 RB Javonte Williams - North Carolina 61: R2 P29 WR D'Wayne Eskridge - Western Michigan 93: R3 P29 WR Elijah Moore - Mississippi 161: R5 P17 LB Jamin Davis - Kentucky 174: R5 P30 C Jimmy Morrissey - Pittsburgh 213: R6 P29 S Divine Deablo - Virginia Tech 236: R7 P8 CB Bryce Thompson - Tennessee
  5. thanks. I think there are several late mod round we options. I think we need JOK or a RB at 30. RB drops off big time after the top 3. Whereas I think a great WR will come from 4-6th round, same with an Edge (Weaver). Both have been disappointments so far. Need big years from both.
  6. I think the safety from FSU?
  7. that’s my concern. send a ton of picks to Texas, still have enough left.
  8. what makes you say that? Not trying to be snarky, serious question. I wasn't overly impressed with either, but Moss had the ability to grind a game away at the end. Singletary bizarrely seemed to take a step back after his rookie year.
  9. same, I'm not an "Edmunds is amazing we should pay him" guy, but I don't like creating a hole on defense either.
  10. he made the pro bowl as an alternate one year. Once you make it, you generally keep making it.
  11. I see ads when logged in. Never though much about it. Like, this is a free forum, of course there are ads. Duh!
  12. He is simply not the type of player that offensive coordinators worry about. His age, pro bowl status, etc. are all nice, but they really don't mean anything.
  13. totally agree. We need a legit MLB. Edmunds is NOT a MLB. He can't decide what hole to attack, gets mauled by interior OL, just does not belong there.
  14. Today's Mock Draft. My fav. to date. Thought?? 30. Buffalo Bills Javonte Williams RB, North Carolina (really the perfect all-around back in the draft after Harris. Will be RB1 on day 1, and Moss will be a good compliment. I see Motor getting traded for something). 61. Buffalo Bills Pat Freiermuth TE, Penn State (not sure what's up with Draft Network, but I like it. We score a TE that reminds me of Heath Miller. A set with him and Knox is dangerous) 93. Buffalo Bills Hamsah Nasirildeen S, Florida State (this was the hardest pick. I passed on the mid-level DTs (Shelvin/Slaton) to get this guy, hoping they would be there later. They were not. I'm not sure Star will be our "cure" at 1T. There were a bunch graded in the UDFA realm, and I think we go there and get Bobby Brown III from Texas A&M. So I picked Nasirlideen because he is the "big DB" we need. Described as a TE eraser). 161. Buffalo Bills Rashad Weaver EDGE, Pittsburgh (I don't think any DE will be "day 1 instant impact", so I'd take them in a middle round. This guy is my mid-round fav. I think he projects "at worst" as Shaq Lawson). 174. Buffalo Bills Shaka Toney EDGE, Penn State (oh, my other fav mid-round DE is still available. Not sure where this guy lines up with his size, but he has been productive at PSU as a pass rusher. Frazier will find somewhere (OLB or DE) to use him.). 213. Buffalo Bills Ihmir Smith-Marsette WR, Iowa (I also love the "fast" WR's projected at the top of the draft. But we are okay at WR for now. That said, here is our speedy WR with good hands who also handles kick return duties. Perhaps takes over for McKenzie after this season. 236. Buffalo Bills Thomas Graham Jr. CB, Oregon (a do it all CB that provides good depth). My other issue with this draft besides missing on a DT, is missing on a interior OL. Again, I think we are okay there for now, but would have loved to find someone to shore up the running game. I think we pick up Landon Young from Kentucky if he is available. is there any draft where you don't take Basham first? I also like him.
  15. true. wish it was under amour though. .
  16. good depth i suppose.
  17. I’m fine with pure run D guy like him prior to 5. he projectes as having pass rush ability.
  18. agree. I don’t mind the 61 pick, but would draft something else and Shelvin in Rd. 3.
  19. yeah my concern with him is no experience at center, D3 and no 2020. had a great senior bowl, however. so I took Meyers as more day 1 ready
  20. thanks for the writeup man. This is great stuff. I did the Steelers. Question: who would you have gone with in Rd. 2? I wanted a C/G as that position is not strong for pit and they need an upgrade. Meyers clearly not BPA at that point, but I was hoping the kid from Whitewater would be there in Rd. 3, so perhaps I should have taken an OT, but didn’t want to risk it. Thoughts??!
  21. no, thank you man! Lots of fun as always
