  1. Most needed: OG Norwell. I’d consider moving Ford and an early pick. The DL is nkt elite but servicable. The OL is below average, IMo. Other options: RB Sanders would provide a 3 down back, but price may be too high and his numbers look average this season. RB Barkley. Elite RB but soo injury prone. we need a star replacement anyway via draft or fa.
  2. we could use him here. Fantastic run stopper, smart, great instincts, was really happy when we had him, one of my fav. non Bills before he came here. seriously.
  3. is he really flicking someone off???!!
  4. depends on the situation. Harass them when they are grocery shopping, no. But if you see them in public and say, "go Bills," or "hey, great game," that's totally fair and really, they prob appreciate that. If your in line next to them somewhere, having a conversation about a game or asking for an autograph/picture also does not seem out of line. Like most other things, it's context dependent. I live in Pittsburgh, and Poz's brother lived in the house next to mine. Poz lived there in the offseason and visited him during the buy week. I didn't harass him ever, but I'd say go Bills or something. He seemed to appreciate it, he was also perplexed upon meeting a Bills fan in Pittsburgh.
  5. I get what your saying, but he didn't "gain fame and not want it." You don't enter the NFL and not want fame. If he didn't want the fame, he can give back 2/3rd of his pay because that's all coming from fame. Also, I heard the interview that the OP mentioned, and Josh is not hating the fame, he was more saying it took some time to get used to because he's a reserved guy.
  6. I wouldn't mind another TE. Not sure why Engram has not been productive consistently, however. At any rate, a TE like that might be a lower round pick and replace Knox until he returns, then we can run the 2 TE sets sometimes. Makes the offense even that harder to prepare to play. the pass blocking is worse than the run blocking, IMO. That said, a RB who can deal with a bad OL (Sanders) would be a worthwhile pickup.
  7. I really liked Morris' play at BGSU, he seems to replace the pass catching ability that we lose with Knox. Warring is also intreaguing. I also wonder if we see Gilliam lined up at TE? what is this from? Is he really flipping someone off? Who?
  8. man I hope this is wrong, and by Packers he meant Buffalo Bills.
  9. same, on DL. interesting. Meanwhile, Whitney M (DE) is a FA. Pick him up.
  10. terrible idea. you "get a look" at some other guys in preseason. Not during an important divisional matchup.
  11. I think he is an upgrade over either. He has 3 sacks this year. More than the 0 Hughes has. haha. I like his last name, however. Looks like "no-mercy" would love to have AJ and Mercilus in the rotation. I think Mercilus is an upgrade over either Addison or Hughes. Perhaps we can make the cap space and keep them both, if not, I have no issue cutting them. I think the locker room thing is over-done, and this D is no longer led by Hughes, who has not produced, anyway.
  12. https://www.nbcsportsedge.com/football/nfl/player/8069/whitney-mercilus Did I beat YOLO?? Would be a great addition to our DE rotation.
  13. yeah, that's what a garbage OL that can't run block on 4th and 1 will do to you. And a D that get's zero sacks on a guy that was sacked MULTIPLE times by every other team he played.
  14. our D was abysmal on 3rd and long. I think McD picked the wrong DE's to keep as Hughes looked gassed at the end. Also, isn't AJ huge, like he could stop Henry?
  15. he did call our QB Tannehill. Levy was a disaster. yeah, Groot was not born yet when that forward lateral happened! btw, I liked the call by Tenn. Funny to call it, we'd love it if we were Tenn fans, but now we hate them. More fun for a rivalry and a team we may see in the playoffs.
  16. he's down in that shot. I think he has control. I can't see the first or where his elbow first hit, but when I saw the replay yesterday he looked short to me. are you saying the refs missed the spot and JA had a first? I'm saying the refs were eventually correct that he did not.
  17. please provide quotes of people blaming Josh for the loss. I don't think anyone is. Seems like trying to manufacture controversy. Some said he could have hit open WR's while under tremendous pressure like he has in the past, but no one is saying he is why we lost. As I said earlier, if we have an average QB or most other QB's that guy looks terrible yesterday.
  18. to some extent yes. In fact, Allen's greatness may be holding the team back a bit! (sarcastic) How??? Here is how: the OL is trash right now. Allen covers up for their deficiencies, but look at the RB play. Yeah, both RB's are average, but neither can sustain anything behind this line. Allen would have had MORE TD passes yesterday if he were not under pressure all night. Another QB last night takes like 5 sacks, throws 3 picks, and has overall negative rushing yards. I'm not sure we are spoiled by how great he is, but he OL certainly is. They should buy him a year end gift.
  19. I agree, should have used Klein more. A base D would have been better against Tenn, IMO. Klein presents the ability to blitz and/or provide a heavier guy against the run.
  20. the refs were terrible in this game (2 TDs from us on holding calls, but missing the holding on Henry's TD; PI on Hyde, but not on Tenn player mugging Diggs--, inconsistent), but they got this call correct.
  21. I solidified my belief that ESPN is one of the worst channels for sports at this point. That crew was freaking awful, and went out of their way to say "jackrabbit" among other annoying things. And Levy brining up the fact that there were Tenn fans was beyond bizarre. They are the home team. There were a TON of Bills fans there. It's like he was surprised we didn't get over 50% of the fans.
  22. dude, you are not allowed to "ponder" anything after a bad loss. The team is great, just a hiccup, no corrections need to be made. We are awesome. (1/2 the posters on here today).
  23. thanks. I'm all good, the loss doesn't bother me as much as some of the odd things we did in that game. I mean, we are a great team. We just did some strange things (AJ, Basham not playing, red zone offense, no sacks against Tanny). Also, i now want a bacon sandwich!
  24. Fixed the pressure, that should have said sacks in the OP. Sacks have to be sacks against the most sacked qb in the NFL. We are the only team this year that did NOT sack him. The D has feasted on poor offenses this season and had a great game against KC. We figured out KC (after Tampa showed us how). The D was bad last night, and the DL needs to be better. We also rotated 9 against KC, including AJ and Basham, who sat v. Tenn. could playing them be part of the solution?
  25. please explain how? otherwise, your just trolling
