  2. dont mess with white fella dont mess with white fella dont mess with white fella
  3. Groot so good v run and pass for rookie.
  4. wait. who is backup? Fromm here today? Mitch on covid??
  5. lets get after lawrence here. Groooot time
  6. I think OBJ would be okay here for under a season like Owens was. Winning seems to help.
  7. Just think we could have OL Creed Humphrey and Groot. But we have an inactive DL instead.
  8. i clocked vomit, but I agree. Could also see Tampa. kind of the same thing ppl said about Diggs and AB
  9. Smith had talented teams and underperformed in crunch time. Look, Nagy with a higher win percentage. Team is like the Bengals of the NFC. Wish they were better
  10. he does like to hold it when punting also!
  11. everyone though you were prepping for Y2K, nope, for the Josh Allen '21 incident.
  12. If we are up by 3 scores, I'd like the whole 4th quarter or even longer. This does several things. First and foremost, protects JA. Second, I want to see Mitch (or any backup for that matter) throw the ball in "garbage" time. it does not good to have a backup hand it off. Give the backup real reps in case they are needed later in the year.
  13. Wasn't taking a crack at Beasley, love the guy. Was replying to one of the reasons I disagreed with the OPs post.
  14. Dude is a baller. Love the attitude he brings (strange to say about a kicker), but he's genuinely pumped when he makes a long FG to help the team. Total team player.
  15. 1. Rodgers is more of an idiot than Beasley.
  16. I think your first point is correct.
  17. seems like Beans philosophy is to make the playoffs and hope to get lucky. Not really good one.
  18. Dome. Better fan experience. Also 12th man is a bigger advantage than weather, and a dome amplifies that.
  19. how do the Pegula's allow him to sit in a lux box. I'm thinking this has to be that OJ wanted to go to the game, and it's like, "we can't have him in the crowd." Was he in Pegs box or some random box?
  20. this is what's maddening about Edmunds. When he is unblocked, takes the correct lane he makes amazing plays. On the other hand, he is often out of place, too easily blocked when blitzing, or missing tackles on TEs. perhaps we need a new LB coach, or he needs to go to LB university (if it exists) over the offseason. I can't recall a player who goes from so bad to so good in the same game ever. And you don't know what your getting from play to play. Totally bizarre and maddening. One play, "what the heck Edmunds." Next, "Yes, there is that monster Edmunds!".
  21. I would love to get Norwell, but I don't think an OL qualifies as "blockbuster," although he would be the best addition, IMO. I think "blockbuster" has to be a good name, and per the OP, one that would also help. The following might fit that criteria: 1. DJ Metcalf. not sure how we'd get him, (Davis and a 2nd?), but man, that would be something. 2. D. Cook (RB). Yeah, he is oft-injured, and the price is ridiculous, but he'd up the running game. The OL is bad, but not the sole reason. We have 2 backup RB's rotating as starters. 3. K. Mack or DE. Hunter. Pass rush upgrade would put the D on another level.
  22. also, it was odd cheering for the Jets to beat Cincy. Although, I have a friend who is a huge Jets fan, his name, Mike White. He's getting his phone blown up all game. haha.
  23. our secondary is SICK. White, Poyer, Hyde, all had great games. Wallace had a good CB2 game as well. They cover up some of the DL issues, IMO. But speaking of DL, Oliver had a great game as well.
  24. defenses simply can't cover all our receiving talent. If the OL gives Josh enough time, he'll find the open guy every time. Oh, and we were missing our 3rd best target (Knox), so our 3-4th best (Beasly) stepped up. We also have Gabe Davis. And just a few years ago, Davis would likely have been our best WR.
