and the Bengals beat KC, not sure they are laughing and the Bengals was not a gimme game. Offense has 2 very good WE, good RB, great QB. They have a good D but no one was stopping our offense this offseason except our own D.
-
wait. Look, defense matters. wow. Put our offense with one of these D’s or DC.
-
add but for the D.
-
wow. Hendrickson, thanks Bean.

Why are people always talking pass rusher?

you just made my point. we beat ONE of those in the playoffs. We beat Jones and last year Jackson and Wentz—who is not a great qb. And Herbert’s inability to get to the playoffs is due to his overall team, not him. We are held back by a bend and don’t break D that breaks under pressure. -

How bad is it for Lesile Frazier?
RyanC883 replied to Marvlevydraftdaygenius's topic in The Stadium Wall
they may have practiced it, but it was horrendous positioning. Payton agrees, Kelcie agrees, the results agree. And McD can throw the players or vague “execution” around all he wants. The play design sucked, was noted and exploited by the other teams TE. -

well, we haven’t played good/great QB’s early in the playoffs. -
Davis for DT No. 1. Hope OG/C is there in Rd. 2 or PSU WR whose name is escaping me.
-
perhaps he comes back for a discount if not? I cant’t see a contender or anyone paying big money to him. He was sometimes great but often vanished for games. who knows though

Frazier is the DC. May be unfair if McD called the D, but we just don’t know. -

Rams had gone to a SB. Pats have 6 rings. Also rankings are meaningless unless adjusted for level of competition faces. Frazier and this D crumble in games against good QB’s. -

when you blow a game with a horrific D play calling that goes against all logic and common sense it will be hard to get a job, esp when your D looked like that all season against average or above QB’s. I get your point, but i call BS. Bruce did not know what the call was and has never coached. Sean Payton and everyone with eyes (including Kelcie) noticed the middle wide open in a prevent mode and protecting sidelines with 13 sec left. -
Danielle Hunter, DE, the perfect trade candidate
RyanC883 replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall
Beans strategy is continual Dolphins level team and hope we catch a hot streak. You can have this front 7 and win a SB. how many games did Groot play in and had an impact last year? Less than 7 the Rams have also had I think the most overall draft pocks in that time, just in lower rounds. So they have high paid proven stars, avoid an Edmunds conundrum, and go to two SB’s in that span. -

Gadget player and moving on from Isaiah McKenzie

like this guys toughness! yeah, if he is there, we need to get him. He's got everything. Speed, route running, ball awareness, hands, punt returning, vision. -
Alvin Kamara arrested in Vegas after Pro Bowl
RyanC883 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
the thing I don't get about all of this, is that Kamara seemed like a good dude, and then this happens. Pro athletes need to surround themselves with better people. Do teams have people to go with these guys to events in cities like Vegas to keep them out of trouble?? -
Isaiah McKenzie aka, Lil Dirty, sounds like he’s moving on
RyanC883 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
WOW. You're not kidding. I'll take OBJ (but he's nuts, well, so was Diggs, allegedly), and the best reasonably priced slot WR. But I"d only focus on WR FA's after getting a stud front 7 guy. Lots of good WRs in the draft also. -
my guys is Chandler Jones. Clowney would be okay if the money is right, but not a lot of production out of him so far. fill holes by trading picks or in FA. Then BPA. Impact day 1 players/starters from the draft if we have Rd. 1 and 2 picks. That's all. That said, I think those players are likely to be at one of several positions: C (if Linderblum (sp) falls); CB (lots of talented CBs coming out, need the right one who can press a WR and has speed; WR--class is also deep. Safety: we have to aging/expensive safeties, are there any guys who would fit that mold in the 2nd round (haven't seen many mocked later in the first).

Alvin Kamara arrested in Vegas after Pro Bowl
RyanC883 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
what culture that Alvin belongs to promotes throat tattoos? Can't think of any. Good points. It does depend on the DA. If the DA want's to go after Alvin, he can subpoena the victim. At this point, it's "the state" v. Alvin, not the victim. And the victim has to cooperate if summoned. BTW, is this video in the public domain anywhere? All I can find are recaps. -

this is what I don't understand. Frazier is at best, an average DC. NO ONE wants him for HC. Why are we keeping him? The 13 seconds of non-adjustments and bend and don't break D was exactly how the team played all year. Yeah, we rocked it against poor QBs. Against good QBs, nope. -
Bills 2021 rookie class ranked 27th in league
RyanC883 replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'd disagree with your grading of some of these picks, and my comments were limited to the last 2 drafts, when we are in "win-now" mode. For those drafts: Epenesa: not too early to know. He's a 2nd round pick. That guy should be showing by now. Rousseau: I'm okay with this pick, although DT Barmore would have been a better pick given our need at DT. Basham: Really hate this pick. This looks like Bean couldn't decide if either guy would pan out, so he took 2 DE's. Meanwhile, needing help on the OL, he passes on the best interior OL prospect in the draft in Creed Humphrey, who is an instant impact player that would have helped the OL (and also our cap space this year). I favor trading a pick for a player like Diggs if that's available. Rookies, unless you really hit on the pick, could take too long, if ever, to develop. We need a front 7 presence while our secondary is still playing well (Poyer and Hyde both on the wrong side of 30 and expensive). -
Alvin Kamara arrested in Vegas after Pro Bowl
RyanC883 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
wow, if that's how it started. oh my. Yikes, add lying to the police on top of his charges. "Kamara told police that he was with his girlfriend, his assistant and a couple of friends. Kamara said the man called one of his friends ugly while they were waiting for the elevator and then later said, "I'll whup your ass too." Kamara said he saw a fight break out next to him and saw the man get punched. When asked why he punched the man, Kamara indicated that he thought the man was running away and had done something to his group -- so he chased him and punched him several times." Also, the story Kamara told, beyond not being backed up by the video, is absurd. -
Buffalo Bills’ salary cap ramifications of cutting DT Star Lotulelei

I"m hoping some of the draft picks of past years and this year can fill the holes. Bean goes more with your approach, IMO. We'll see. Should be interesting....offseason always is. I think sporttrack has Jones at 14.5, have hope I would LOVE if Linderbaum falls to 25. And a CB falls to the 2nd.
