i think james hardy can be a plaxico burress type but not until next year. steve johnson can take over the slot and evans can stretch the defense. add a wr with rac ability in rd 5 or 6 and we should be fine....

QB IS THE TOP PRIORITY.... bottom line if the new gm thinks there is a franchise qb in this draft then the bills must make a move for him. if for some reason they cant, then take the dolphins route and draft a qb in rd 2 or 3

if we get a new gm and he determines that one of the top three is a franchise qb then we must get him then in rd 2 take the LT....

kelly has tons on investors that are already on record saying they would love to take ownership of the bills. he has the money....
who are the heirs? and why do they not want the team, its a money machine. bills fans are loyal. am i missing something....

if wilson dies doesnt the team just go to his family? whats the big deal. kelly is going to eventually own it anyway.
im sure ron wolf wouldnt mind coming here for 1 year and then pick his replacement....

i think right now the bills are seeing what coaches are even interested so they can then be approached once a gm is hired. wilson is on record for saying the team "has to move forward" and that "every part of the organization will be examined." i expect the bills to hire someone in the middle of january and then let that new gm hire his coach, his scouts etc. russ brandon will be deciding who will be the next gm and i trust him in that role, after that he will step aside and go back to marketing. right now the bills could talk to

im sure there are others, there are plenty of qualified gm we could hire including lombardi and casserly....
the main thing brandon should focus on does this new gm have a record of drafting well, that is the main thing he should focus on. the next thing is overhaul this offense , pick a offensive minded coach ala charlie weis....

my #1 dream choice would be jimmy johnson in a role similar to what parcells does, but that wont happen..

the interior of the line is set for years. right now we need to find out if butler is the answer at rt and draft a lt.... probably in rd 2 we can take trent williams and in rd 3 we can take 6-9 335 ryan young.

i dont see why we couldnt hire wolf for 2 years and then have him pick his own replacement..... this doesnt seem like it would be that much out of the ordinary...

we must draft a qb in round 1 or 2 we have no choice..... even if we get a veteran, we still need to draft one.

Its in the interest of the big market teams to have revenue sharing. if not then the nfl will lose teams. salary cap im not so sure. but jerry jones is on record saying we must have revenue sharing. its a must.

Green Bay and Pittsburgh disagree with you. Obviously, you want a great oline. I'm in favor of taking the best OT and DT available with our first. But that is based on the fact that IMO, there isn't a true franchise QB available. But franchise QBs can make teams. Look around the good teams in the NFL. They majority of them don't have olines loaded with 1st rounders or high picks. It's a QB league and if you don't have a good one, you are gonna struggle.
And I had high hopes for Snead but he looked really bad in the games I saw. he needs another year. But Dexter McCluster is gonna be a big play guy in this league for years to come.

pitt, chargers, bengals, texans, packers, cardinals, saints all have average olines... to win in this league you have find a franchise qb. our first pick must be clausen, bradford , or mallett. we have no choice.

i would want to switch to a 3-4 so i wouldnt take any on that list. marcus spears comes to mind... then draft corey wooton and brandon graham...

charlie weis has bill parcells ties and i hate to start a rumor but since parcells can opt out anytime and has wny ties , this might be a strong possibility that parcells might come here and have the same role he had in miami...

i think the bills may have already talked to who they want as gm and that gm has said talk to these coaches etc.

well unfortunatley the bills could be worse next year because of a rookie qb.... this team needs desperate help on its defensive line and offensive line. right now the bills should try to get as many picks as they can possibly get to help turnover the roster for the new gm. thats #1. #2 the bills must build the lines. i was watching the ravens and steelers and both teams actually have holes to run through and a real pass rush. people i would target for buffalo are corey wooton, brandon graham, bryan buluaga, vince oghobaase. etc people that are naturally big and strong.

trade him and get extra picks, use the picks to help the trenches..... we can draft a #2 rb in rd 6 or 7

the problem isnt ralph wilson, its the front office, modrak and guy suck at building a team... we need a true gm like polian. this team is similar to the 84 and 85 teams. the bills should first focus on drafting a top qb, and if they cant get the qb they want then build the dline and oline.
