Back to McDaniel: I like the guy. He brings a freshness to the role. Yes, he is a bit odd compared to the typical NFL Coach (compare him to McDermott--the contrast is comical). But, he is the new wave. He is unconventional. All things that keep it interesting. But all that matters is winning on the field. If he does that, he'll be a smash hit. If not, he'll be fired in a few years. I hope he continues Miami's patterns of the past few years: the dominance of the Patriots and utter disaster against the Bills.

On the other hand: Bieniemy has been the hot coordinator for the past 3 years. He has been the next guy who should be getting a head coaching job, right? But he has not. .... Why would Daboll be a better pick than him? Well, there might be some obvious reasons he's not been a serious candiate for a head coaching position. Interpersonal skills are important. Maybe, just maybe, that's why he's not a HC? .... If you go on merit, is there any other OC over the past few year ahead of him? Answer: No! So, why no HC opportunities???

Bills ended the season as the #1 team in the NFL based on FPI

Kind of like winning the AP poll before there was a college football playoff system. -
Rams - opening game of season Bills / Cowboys most likely
CSBill replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall
America is tired of the Cowboys. Cross them off. Maybe the BIlls, but 49ers, or Green Bay, would also be interesting. And I would not count out the Patriots. However, trying to be unbiased here, I do think the Rams vs. Bills would have a strong national appeal. -
That is funny

Kurt Warner - Josh Allen deserved the W

Unless you’re from the Boston media; then, yes, you’re utterly clueless. -

While our guy was a Pro Bowl Alternate: It’s still a world filled with injustice. When will it end? -

That’s a normal track work out for distance runners. They try to find the pace/time they need to have for their meet goals. Or, if you're a football player, you use it to get in shape. -
Several years ago (mid 2000s) I was on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic and saw a guy wearing a Buffalo Bills Super Bowl Champions t-shirt. Apparently this has been going on for years. Meanwhile, there is a generation of Dominicans that still believe the Bills won the SB back in the early 90s. 😆

Funny, this was back page news. Comee out when Flores sues and Brady retires.

First, I doubt any coach--white, black, green, orange, etc.--with a half a brian wants to go anywhere near the fish right now. Second, you think the fish would go out on the street and find the first three black men or women they could find and make them the leading candiates. And on top of all that, no matter what, they are still the fish and Josh Allen will be their daddy for another 10 years.

I’ve seen (watched) Malik play several games the past two years at Liberty. I don’t see him as a Josh Allen. I would say he’s more like Jalen Hurts, but not as fast and not as good a thrower— and that’s not saying much. He does not have Josh Allen potential. But it is cool that people are trying to find the next Josh Allen.

Dorsey ran a lot of 12 personnel packages

Also, Davis is a very good blocking WR. I can see him being used more in the slot in a hybrid TE-slot receiver type of role. From that he becomes more of an asset in the run game, but can also be utlize with his receiving and route running skills. ....But then again, after that last game it would be hard to remove him from that true WR set. -
He has options. He's kind like that girl back in High School that was attractive, but not in a splashy way. The further distance and time you move away from her, the more attractive she becomes in your mind. Some team will give him another chance. And I hope he gets to the right place where he can be the most successful--unless he is playing the Bills.

Sean Payton on the end of the Bills-Chiefs game
CSBill replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Doesn't take a recently retured NFL coach to figure this out. The Bills defensive plan with 13 seconds to go in the game sucked. Anyone (well, except the Bills coaches) could figure that out. -
Are the Bills playing? Then no.

Isn’t coaching the Ravens wide receivers kind of the purgatory of WR coaching? -

I really thought he’d be let go anyway. Let’s face it, an evaluation of his work in Buffalo is not positive. -

Hey, he had Zay Jones. -
Until the NFL does what they do in college, punks like Fred Warner have no reason to not be punks. “Player safety!” Right?
