  1. The winner gets free Playoff tickets if the Bills make it this year . . .
  2. I don't have the facts, but I have a strong feeling his accuracy on passed over ten yards is less than 50% ... the screens and short slants and crossing patterns that Chan loves, keep his numbers up, but hitting guys downfield--like the three wide-open ones he missed yesterday--not his thing. And FILTHYMCNASTY08:"Vick + Tarvaris + 2 rookies from the draft and one more prospect (UFA or cheap pick up) Thats realistically what I would like to see at training camp next summer." You obviously have not watched any Eagles games this year, you think Fitz is inconsistent?
  3. Wow, 20 rushing plays, way to run it down their throats Bills ..... Play calling is just ludicrous Exhibit A => the three pass plays with less than a minute at the end of the 1st half that ended up giving the Colts a field goal.
  4. IDIOT! play calling at the end of the half, you just anded them three points, and we're very lucky it wasn't more
  5. Hmmm - well, nine other teams whiffed on JJ as well, he was the 11th pick. Moreover, yes, he's a tremendous player, but he also has the huge benefit of playing for a defense that is pretty good, with or without him. MD, not so much. I'm just fine with him. You could play this game all day long, there are always players who turn out to be better that are taken after our guy. Every team could say that.
  6. Good positive attitude you're bring to the discussions.
  7. 7+ years ago, time to move folks . . . Big game at Indianapolis this weekend.
  8. Yeah, I'm sure that is all he thinks about ... "how can I screw a team that hasn't beat me in a decade or so?"
  9. que up the Big Ben comparisons . . .
  10. Manti Teo is good, but you have to figure in the Notre Dame over-hype. I doubt he is a top ten player come draft day. However, if he is there when we pick, and there are no top tier QB's available, then yes, I think he would be a good pick.
  11. Truth: Offense is more than capable, Defense stinks! Fitz is not the problem with this team.
  12. OK, if we're talking "intelligence," why is it so hard to play both Spiller and Jackson at the same time? Two thoughts, both are threats to a defense, how about putting your best players on the field--is sports, that usually gives you the best chance to win? Right? And if Chan is such an offensive guru, don't you think he could design a couple of plays with the both of them out there?
  13. Its not even worth discussing, the DEFENSE, or lack thereof, is the problem with this team! Again, you score 31 point, over 400 yards, etc., and you are still looking for your offense to bail you out at the end. You know what happens more often than not when you need a touchdown to win the game? You lose!
  14. Once, just once, I'd like to see Chan throw his head-set, and get in an officials face. They'll keep calling them as long as they think the Bills don't care. Come on Chan!!!
  15. Oh please, someone find the Fitzgerald thread, an all-time TBD classic! We all need a good laugh
  16. Not only don't we run when we should, but we do not even attempt a pass more than 15 yards down field. Prove me wrong if needed, but I don't recall any attempts, let alone completions, past 15 yards the entire game--all 38 of them.
  17. this is what is so confusing, and when we do run, everyone knows its coming
  18. Well, at least the Defense played respectable.
  19. You can't be serious? If we had any play out of our defense, we'd be leading the AFC East right now--just a little contribution from them against NE and Tenn., just a little bit, that's all. The Bills problem is not on the Offensive side of the ball!
  20. So what you're saying is: "this is not an exact science," and really, just about any QB pick--with the notable exceptions like Luck and RG3 this year (they are more the exception than the rule)--is pretty much a crap shoot. Right?
  21. know, eye'm knot go'wing .... but have fun
