  1. Long overdue! I think 14 would be best, but I would be fine with 16.
  2. Seattle is the Oregon of the NFL . . . uniform wise, that is. As my wife said earlier in the year when she saw them on TV: "I really like their outfits."
  3. I'd be happy with this
  4. No! Just a less experienced version of what we already have. Think athletic, big arm, and intelligent . . . McCarron is not athletic, nor does he have great arm strength
  5. In 8-8 world, Bills have good shot at playoffs So you're telling me there's a chance . . .
  6. That has always been one of my frustrations with Chan. No, it won't be overturned, but at least plant a seed
  7. When Fred got hurt, he sent Choice into the game, not Spiller
  8. Really, that one play did not lose this game! However, this is funny.
  9. his arm was hit, looking to go to Graham down the sideline, and he looked open
  10. Unless you're Dwight Howard.
  11. UDFA . . . Please, deal with reality. And yes, our Oline has been the best unit on this team the past few years, I can't even think of another area that you can make an argument for--maybe Running Backs? I do believe it is in the top five in the NFL. As for today, I think Young will do well--he has done the job in his limited opportunities. Snow is the question mark; however, I think they will provide both with extra help. Expect to see a lot of Cory Mcintyre and Lee Smith today
  12. Totally agree; Russell Wilson is the one that most frustrated me . . . quality person, intelligent, always been a winner, a natural leader, can throw, creative, and he is extremely athletic. I also liked Kaepernick coming out; again, possess much the same qualities as Wilson, but faster and a stronger arm--may not have the IQ of Wilson, but seems to make up for it with athleticism. My read: They (and Cam N., Luck and RG3 would be prime examples), represent the NFL QB of the future--see the qualities listed above. Are there any this year that fit these qualities? I don't know. But I think Geno Smith and Colin Kline fit that profile, I think? Smith is clearly the better passer. But beyond them, none of the rest show anything more than we have now in Fitz.
  13. Hammered, great idea, love your creativity with these contest! 150
  14. That's it right there => the 3rd option!
  15. Matt Flynn = Brian Brohm 2.0 ..... and where is he now?
  16. He has been improving all season, I think he is going to be a quality rotational guy for many years to come. I still wonder, could he be a good fit for end in the 4-3 scheme? He and Mario protecting the edge, now that would be something to see. And, (cue the dream music now) if Troupe ever gets back, taht would be icing on the cake for this D-line.
  17. "Marcus Easley could very well be the next Vincent Jackson. How will anybody know how good he can be unless he gets his opportunity when the bullets are live, instead of in practice against our very weak DB's?" Surely, he must be tearing it up in practice against our "weak DB's" - No doubt they are holding him out as a secret weapon, waiting for some unsuspecting NFL team to be hood-winked into thinking he's just a below average practice squad player. Watch out!
  18. SO according to them, our defense is pretty good, we only need one starter ???? Everything else is depth needs ???? Seriously
  19. I think the big problem here is that we have a QB whom is way smarter than his coach. He knows they should be running and running and running some more, and he knows the schemes are bad--for instance, lining up in the shot-gun with no running backs on 3rd and 1, etc.. Is Fitz elite? = NO. Can he win with this team? = Yes, but it hurts when you are the smartest man in the room and yet you have to listen to the cretin coach and his antiquated ways. Stevie J was right, just let him call the plays.
  20. you knew it was coming, the only question was, "Who would be the first?"
  21. If you win, its a clear sign that the end is near My guess: 50,000
  22. Give the ball to CJ Spiller 30 times a game!
  23. Look at this way, win or lose, we win. If we win, as much as everyone on here will hate to admit it, we will feel good about the Bills winning this week--in a "guilty pleasure" kind-of way that we would never admit here on this board, nonetheless, still enjoy it. And if they lose, "hey, just helped our draft position and sped up the changes we all think are needed." So either way, WE WIN!
  24. Parity? Remarkable how many of those same teams show up yin the top ten in a pretty regular basis. Might be something to this management and coaching thing?
