  1. I too believe he will emerge as the starter this year, and this attacking Defensive scheme seems to suit him more. Break-out year, I hope!
  2. I'm the eternal optimist every July and August: I went 10-12, and the Play-offs baby!
  3. There will be surprise cuts, although I don't see Smith and Lindell cuts as surprises ... the team will probably have better options then those two. As for cap space, I see no need to go out of the way to keep Byrd. Maybe I'm wrong, this year will tell. And as others have said, they are well under the cap right now.
  4. Well, hopefully they at least send a scout down there Thursday.
  5. come on Vet, give Brad some love, "Hate" is such a strong word, there are much more important things in life worth hating than a nice guy, productive fooball player, who gives back to the community.
  6. I think he has been one of the more under-appreciated Bills the past few years. He is consistent, makes catches, and scores touchdowns. The one knock on him--according to the professional scouts (I guess, I don't have the expertise or film to evaluate it)--is his blocking ability. But I've read a few times where he has improved in that. Anyhow, having him back is a big plus. Hopefully at full strength and ready to go.
  7. and I thought he meant: Meat Loaf Who Knew? ..... "He is one of the best-selling artists of all time, with worldwide sales of more than 100 million copies. He has also appeared in over 50 movies and television shows." - 100 Million sales??? - 50 Movie & TV Shows
  8. 2016 ???? Let's worry about this year (4 seasons from now?). That is some kind of crystal ball their using at the four letter "insider" web site. Now we know why you have to have a subscription. But it is nice they recognize him.
  9. yuuup! the last time it was fun to be a BIlls fan
  10. yes it is, I second that recommendation
  11. that's good, I second it
  12. Bryan Scott? but hard to argue with your Urbik pick. I say Scott because year after year, he contributes consistently and effectively. A true professional, shows up, plays well, and is a good citizen.
  13. One of the most like-able Bills in long time, I was really sorry to see the new staff let him go. We wish him nothing but the best in Cleveland, and even more in his work with orphans.
  14. You're not serious, right? . . . And thanks for stirring up the spirits and stoking the flames of the curse: We are still paying the price for not starting him in that play-off game. A curse that started on the last play of that game, and continues to this day. With the draft EJ, I thought maybe, just maybe, the supernatural forces had finally let it go. But no, you had to bring it up again with an inflammatory statement like "he is the armpit of NFL QBs and certainly not better than Sanchez," come on, have some common sense here, for the good of Bills-Nation, please!
  15. Rex is (was) just looking for a good excuse to go all-in with Geno, and now Sanchez has provided it . . . it didn't take long
  16. Wow, it took me three days of boredom to finally read this post . . . I thought it was some kind of Star Trek, or Jedi, geek type of thing: DROY & OROY.
  17. Wasn't McShay the one who was all excited about Arron Maybin? Loved the pick, next Bruce Smith, etc. etc., . . . when everyone here was like, "really??" But my apologies to the entire TBD family, I can feel the collective shutter and convulsions when you read the AM name.
  18. Yeah, I have to agree, Stevie is the one proven commodity in this group. It would make no sense to not have out there.
  19. Well, I guess that would be true every time a team makes changes . . . funny how that works.
