  1. The Bills will win if: There are no interceptions--Josh. Cook and company run for over 100 yards. The Defense holds the Jets to less than 100 yards rushing. The Defense sacks Aaron Rodgers 3+ times. Tyler Bass makes at least three and does not miss any field goals The Jets win if: Josh Allen throws two interceptions. Hall and Cooks run all over the Bills = 150+ yards. A-Rod throws for 300 yards. The officials ignore Sauce's mugging act on the outside. The Bills o-line implodes.
  2. I woke up to a Chief's loss. That's a great start to the season.
  3. I was sick of it by June. I sure hope we take them to the woodshed on Monday. I would love to see the meltdown.
  4. Yesterday, on GMF the hosts each took a turn predicting who would win each division and who would make the playoffs. Let's give it a try. Rules: Pick your Division winners and the three other teams you think will make it this year. Explanations are optional. AFC East - Bills North - Cincinnati South - Tennesee West - Kansas City Wildcards - LA Chargers, Miami, Pittsburgh NFC East - Philadelphia North - Minnesota South - Atlanta West - San Francisco Wildcards - Seattle, Detroit, Dallas Some notes: I'm not buying the hype of the Jets or Lions, but the Lions are in a weak division, so I think they still back in as a WC. And I hope the Jets gloriously flame out--that would be so fun to watch. Jacksonville is a darling now, but Tennessee is always there--they never win in the playoffs, but they always seem to get there. I'm a Mike Tomlin fan, and I believe he brings the Steelers back. I found it hard to leave the Ravens out, but I have no confidence in Lamar over an entire season. Atlanta is my surprise pick. I don't know, but it seems that Division is wide open.
  5. Excellent analysis, @Mikie2times. Thank you. I think, in general, you are correct. But do not abandon the deep looks; keep them honest. That is where Davis is at his best. But, with Kincaid and Knox, Diggs, Cook, Sherfield, and Harty, you have the people who can eat you alive in the short game--take it if they give it.
  6. Answer = How did we beat him last year when he had a better O-line? That’s your plan. if I recall correctly, GB mysteriously kept running the ball. Why? To keep the Bills offense off the field. As has been pointed out in this thread, the best defensive is a great offense. Yes, I know the Jets gave us two fits last year. But I still think this team is capable of 25+ points, even against a good defense. I’m not convinced A Rod and his left-over GB gang, can match that.
  7. Where's Waldo? The loser in all of this maze is the single-game ticket holder (that is, of a flexed either-way, game). But, they are also the least important to NFL revenue.
  8. A good discussion. Joy had the intelligent take. A rarity in talking head discussions.
  9. What’s baffling is no opposing Coach calls it out publicly. Personally, I’d be looking for every microphone I could find to complain about it. Put public pressure on the refs.
  10. And I think: "Tinker, to Evers, to Chance." That's how old I am.
  11. Keep him long enough to download the KC playbook. No wonder we signed him.
  12. It would be so fun to watch this board blow up if McBeane signed him as QB2.
  13. Giants fans are excited. They are confusing Boogie with Bruce Smith.
  14. And he lasted one half as the starter over Josh. 🤣
