  1. "This season may get Cleveland Ugly." DIIND DING DING DING Line of the day on TBD. Someone give this man a t-shirt
  2. Tyrod gets my vote, didn't EJ move the team up and down the field, 30 Points? . . , the offence had no chance today, predictable and no imagination
  3. 7. Romans game plan was about as bad as you can do. 8. Rex has 15 games left in his career as head HC I see a conspiracy here, call a rotten game, get Rex fired by midseason?
  4. I say . . . Blake Annen (an athlete, like most TE, needs time to develop) and Dez Lewis (showed enough in Mini-Camp and early in Pre-Season to stay with him)
  5. The title says it all: When does it start? And who of the recent cuts do you think lands there? And it is probably impossible to predict, but they always seem to get guys dumped by other teams. Any hints of who?
  6. If someone else is good enough, they will get their shot. Tim Tebow will not be the reason someone else doesn't make it the show.
  7. or EJ, he would start there today because he's an ex-Jet
  8. Gay and/or Sanborn
  9. That is good news. I say this cautiously, Kujo is playing well, Mills and Mille have been solid, it looks like the online is becoming one of, if not, the best units on the team/
  10. "Stupid is as stupid does."
  11. If you are called in for a question, and you refuse to answer, you are treated as guilty--it would be that way for every one of us that works for someone else. If you're innocent, answer the questions and move on. As much as all want it to be, this is not a Goodell problem.
  12. Never thought I'd say this, but I thought Kouandjio did well . . . the tape will tell.
  13. The Ragland situation puts all the spotlight of Rex and Rob and their "great" defensive minds and schemes. If it is half of what they think it is, the Bills will be alright. If its is like last year and the D takes another step backwards, Rex will be exposed as an impostor, or at the least he'll become an afterthought in which the NFL that has caught up to his "great" schemes, and passed him by while he wasn't even looking. Time will tell. As for the 14 ranking, I think that is fair. We're close, with a break or two, and progress from Taylor and improvement on Defense, the Bills can make the play-offs. And to state the obvious, if either one of these digresses, we will be worse this year.
  14. Astro is simply the best Bills beat reporter there is. He should be getting paid by them. His report is always the first, and usually the only, thing a read when I come to TBD. Thank You Sir!
  15. Smells of desperation to me. There is a reason Spikes was not signed; mainly, because he's just not a very good linebacker. He can hit, he just can't move very well. But most discouraging of all, this means Ragland's injury is serious. Ugh!
  16. who is he?
  17. I think Mills is Mills, an adequate, but not good ROT. Henderson is still the one with much better upside, but with his health issues, I doubt he'll be starting at the beginning of the season. Kujo won't survive August, unless there is a miracle improvement form last year.
  18. one of my all time favorites gotta love Marv "You over-officious jerk" . . . What happens when a Harvard grad becomes NFL coach and verbally berates an official.
  19. I was skewered on this board for questioning the drafting of this guy, my point being: character matters! Oh well, just keep drafting boneheads and just keep getting the same results.
  20. So hard to pick one, but it has to be Super Bowl and playoff games: 1 - The last SB, leading at halftime and thinking, "we're going to do this"; and then all hopes dashed with the Thurmond fumble early in the 3rd quarter. The feeling of hopelessness and the inevitable set in. 2 - Homerun throwback in Tennessee. 3 - Wide Right.
