  1. A desperate act by a desperate coach.
  2. The video replay says otherwise, it sure looked late to me.
  3. Anybody that has been watching this team knows the defense has been the biggest problem. Even with our genius Defensive minded head coach, and his even smarter brother helping him. Can't wait to see how they make it even better next year.
  4. That's a plus, he can't even call a timeout right
  5. How bad a tackling team can they be
  6. that's funny
  7. Can we stop the Cowher nonsense, neither he, nor Gruden, nor any other former big name coach is coming to Buffalo. Let's deal with reality folks.
  8. I really hope Aaron Williams just retires. I said it before the Miami game, and I'll say it again, every time he was involved in an aggressive play, whether giving or receiving it, I would cringe. Yes, this hit was cheap, but if it wasn't this one, another would have eventually happened.
  9. So the positive spin: According to Bucky, the Bills drafted two first round quality players. Of course one of them has not seen the field so that is a bit speculative. And, I would say that at times, Lawson has looked like a first-round pick--the potential is certainly there, give him a full season and I do think he will live up to his draft status. Thus, all indications are these first three 2016 picks were good selections and give they give Bills hope on the defensive side of the ball.
  10. That would be what Rex says . . . as a matter of fact is 13player Rex--only his wild imagination could come up with the excuse. He fired the OC in week 2, time to blame it all on the o-line now.
  11. Don't confuse our unchallenged assumptions with facts. That just kills our emotional rants and unsupported claims. Now we're on to something
  12. it means everything, as many have said on this board, the offense is not the problem Points bad. Passing yards good. Its the dumbing down of America. = that good
  13. I'd take the Denver QB, he has done well for them.
  14. Or how about the system is antiquated and over-hyped? What makes any system better, or any coach smarter? Answer: Better players! If you have good players, any system will work. Which is my contention with Wrecks, he has never been any smarter than his players, but what he had in Baltimore, and for a few years in NY, were some great players. His system--and his lack of coaching dexterity and acumen--is exposed when he doesn't have superstars like Ray Lewis to run out on the field.
  15. Whatever team signs him--Mike Glennon--they will overpay for him (see Houston Texans). The Bills don't need to do that. Is he really an upgrade from Tyrod? I don't think so. In the end, I believe (hope) the Bills stick with Taylor. They need to improve the Defense (FYI: this has been the biggest issue for this team), get a better RT, keep key players healthy, add some depth on both sides of the ball, and this team is a playoff team.
  16. Isn't this pretty much true for all the AFC East teams?
  17. Remember the end of last year, all the Jets had to do was win and they were in? If it comes down to that this year, in reverse, boy will they be fired up to beat Rex.
  18. and by the way, did Rex's scheme ever really work? or was it that he had some of the best defensive players of the era on his team? ... I could have made Ray Lewis and gang look good, and I know nothing of defensive schemes
  19. didn't he get hired for "marketing reasons" ... when half the stadium is empty and tickets are being given away, I'd say it's time for another strategy
  20. yeah, every day that Rex coaches Marrone looks better
  21. Hendersen should be the leading candidate at RT next season, unless a high draft pick is used there.
