I believe you are correct: "Affect" - affect is as a verb, meaning "to impact" and "Effectiveness" - effectiveness is an adjective, meaning "adequate to accomplish a purpose; producing the intended or expected result"

If you can get a money kicker who can put a huge majority of his kick-offs through the end zone, hits 90% of his film goals, and has a 60 yard leg, then yes!!!! …. Considering how valuable a great kicker can be to a team (points, field position, etc.), he is well worth a high round pick. I'd go as high as end of the 1st, or certainly 2nd, round with a "can't miss" (literally and figuratively) kicker.

Oh, and one thing that no one has brought up, what was noticeably absent in the game? Answer: Penalties! Wow, only 5 for 44 yards … and no big back-breaking kind, that is a huge help towards keeping you in the game. And I will add, although it was a terrible spot on the first challenge, you never get that kind of play changed—a dumb challenge by Rex.
