    And of these players, how many went on to have stellar careers that justified the two picks? I would say one: Eric Dickerson. Maybe Keyshawn J and Joey Galloway, maybe Hershal Walker??? That's it!

    Of course, there is no real way to measure whether this is a good or bad idea. The only way it would really catch on is if all the teams that did it won their first 2-3 games out of the box, then the next year every team in the league would do it--which would mean that half the teams that did it were not any better off.

    Should have made a major play for Bridgewater back in March. No way they get him now. Bring in the Ship kid so he can hand the ball off to the number 6 running back.

    No, I don't drink. Logical thought. To my Orginal thought, maybe you missed the obvious: If I could get an all-world game-changing defensive player who will help this franchise for several years down the road, and give up an off the field liability-waiting-to-happen player who's best years are behind him, in a heartbeat!

    Knowing Gruden, I bet he'd take a top draft pick, one of our backup QBs (Peterman or McCarron), and throw in McCoy? I love Shady as a football player, but I would make that trade if it was offered.

    it will be interesting to see what they do at QB. Like was said, can't see them risking any of the three. Logan Thomas has bee suggested, but he is a battle to keep his TE job, can't imagine he or his positions coaches want to waste time tinkering at QB. I think a temp hire is on the cards.

    Well, you see how devastating that has been to Russel Wilson and Carson Wentz ..... playing in their rookie seasons almost ruined their careers. How much better they would be if they had only carried a clipboard around their first year.

    Wasn't Wesley given time with the guards early in camp? Might be time to look at that again--at least left side, Miller has played well.
