  1. And all this is why I HATE trading away two of your best young players. You win by building a team of better players. When you have them, keep them. Every draft pick--even number one quarterbacks--is a crap shoot. If you have proven stars, keep them! The idea of Tanking and then drafting your way to instant success is ludicrous TBD.
  2. @JaySkurski "Vlad Ducasse will start at right guard in place of John Miller this week, Sean McDermott says. #Bills" No one outside of TBD can figure this one out, VD has been aweful in game action ?????
  3. Exactly how I feel, and I've been a Bills fan for over 50 years.
  4. Evidently, Anquan didn't believe him either.
  5. Okay, same article . . . Sure looks like he went from 1 to 3 to me ACTUAL 2016 EAGLES WIDE RECEIVER DEPTH CHART1 - Jordan Matthews 2 - Nelson Agholor 3 - Dorial Green-Beckham 4 - Bryce Treggs 5 - Paul Turner
  6. No, he wasn't. He was going down the Philly depth chart. He was expendable because they added better players--something our new front office doesn't understand. The fact that the Philadelphia Eagles have some actual NFL wide receivers now is just so ... refreshing ... after watching a painfully disastrous wide receiving corps each and every week last year. Now that the Eagles officially have both Alshon Jeffery (story here) and Torrey Smith (story here) in the fold, let’s take a look at Philadelphia’s 2017 depth chart at wide receiver. PROJECTED 2017 EAGLES WIDE RECEIVER DEPTH CHART 1 - ALSHON JEFFERY! 2 - Torrey Smith 3 - Jordan Matthews 4 - (Rookie?) 5 - Nelson Agholor https://www.bleedinggreennation.com/2017/3/9/14875690/philadelphia-eagles-2017-wide-receiver-depth-chart-alshon-jeffery-torrey-smith-jordan-matthews-nfl
  7. Really, I'm not sure it is at this point.
  8. Yes, they've lost the team before they ever got started
  9. This, which is what makes the "theory" behind trading two of your best young players for draft picks even more maddening - draft picks in general, especially 2nd round and beyond, are a hope, not a reality. And hope is the cruelest of virtues.
  10. Here's an idea, in the NFL you need: "a big, strong, fast WR that can play on the outside" . . . so when you have one, who also has great hands, go ahead and trade him away. After watching that train wreck last night, I'm even more pissed at this latest regime of terror. Yeah, trade away two young and talented players. Stupidity!!!!!
  11. Watching the game here in PA, the Eagles announcers are in love with Darby. We should get a guy like that.
  12. Anyone tell Beane we're ANNOYED at him for trading away the most physically talented player on the team? Because, yeah, player of that caliber can just be replaced in the draft, right?
  13. Yes, I do feel that way. Usually the reality am related depression starts about week 6. It really is demotivating as a fan. Hard to get excited about the season . . .
  14. When is the draft? I think that is next meaningful activity of the Buffalo Bills. The season officially became a waste (I don't think I've ever been so deflated this early in the season, and that's saying something as a Bills fan). Well, the more we lose, the better these trades become.
  15. Bills could have made a serious Super Bowl run that year--we were better than Tenessee, to this day I cannot understand why they started Johnson??? And you can't mess with karma, since that day the Bills have been under the Flutie curse with terrible QB play and we have not sniffed a playoff game since. I think it will take something like a Tyrod mad scramble for the winning touchdown on the last play of the game in the last game of the season to get the Bills into the playoffs, to remove that curse. Let's hope.
  16. Your reports will be missed, thank you for the great work. But more important things call, enjoy your family time.
  17. It's still too soon, no, no Maybin in a Bills draft or uniform. It just can't happen.
