Week 4 Broadcast Maps have been posted...
CSBill replied to RiotAct's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Any good places to watch the game in the Albany / Schenectady area? -
Good news for the Bills: 3-8 (besides us) are all NFC teams. Chiefs and Pats are pretty much a lock, and the AFC is wide-open after that. And after we win on Sunday, Bills will move to be with the Chiefs.?

All good points, thanks theRalph--although I would not put much stock in the Bills have handle pressure better. There may be no one better in the history of the NFL in handling pressure than Tom Brady and the NE coaching staff. Having said that, I get the feeling the one area of the Patriots that has been over rated is their Defense. Yes, they are number one in several major categorizes. But look at what they've played: a beat-up Steelers, Ben should not have been playing that day; an NFL JV team in Miami; and a severely weakened Jets team--since the Bills played them, that is. For NE, this is the first real offensive test they have faced. I strongly feel the Bills will expose them (well, at least bring them back to mere mortal status). And because of that, this will be a close game with a key turnover being the different ---- "Take care of the football Josh Allen!"

If Tremaine Edmunds has a problem.....
CSBill replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Totally agree. The Bills would jump at the chance to upgrade at ML and move him outside--which would be a double-upgrade. And this is not meant as a criticism of him, but like CC said, he is better suited outside. -
I know, he never listens to me. Go figure?
-
Well, I was wrong. My money was on Vincent.

What can be expected against New England?
CSBill replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well, now we can't use that one. -
So is it Peko or Vincent Taylor to replace Harry?
CSBill replied to Da webster guy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I go with Taylor. This: https://www.pff.com/news/pro-10-record-breaking-rookies-from-the-2017-nfl-season 8. Vincent Taylor, DI, Miami Dolphins PFF Era Record Broken: Highest run-stop percentage recorded by a rookie defensive tackle The former Oklahoma State Cowboy was taken in the sixth round of the NFL draft and was a real difference-maker for the Dolphins defense when he saw the field. Throughout the campaign, Taylor produced 12 run stops on just 89 run-defense snaps, resulting in a run-stop percentage of 13.5 percent, the best mark ever recorded by a defensive tackle. -
Rational Thoughts 24 Hours-ish Later (Bengals)
CSBill replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just one bad fail--someone missed a block on that play. If he makes 2 yards on that play, it's a non-issue. I agree, it gives makes the Defense think about. -
Our Beloved Bills and the State of the AFC - Week Three
CSBill replied to LeGOATski's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Excellent work, the entire article. Nothing I would disagree with. Don't the Chargers always seem to start slow? Rivers is gamer (much like our own JA, but without the athleticism). -
Allen 3rd highest rated passer in 4th Q

So Tom Brady loves playing in Buffalo!

30-3, he LOVES playing the Bills, in Buffalo, in Boston, in Siberia, wherever . . . -
The reason we haven't played a complete game yet.

Horrible Harry (Harrison Phillips) out for the year...ACL
CSBill replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Someones else mentioned it, I think Lawson will get more snaps at tackle, especially on passing downs. Also, Phillips has been playing well, not sure what his snap count was yesterday, but no harm in him getting more. -

That hurts, hopefully the surgery and recovery goes well and he's back 100% next summer. -
10 observations on the 3-0 start
CSBill replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
yes, both those were bad. The jet sweep in that situation also came after a time-out, they were running it down the Bengals throats and they dial up the gimmick play (which has been successful), that was the time to go straight ahead with your 240 pound QB. "Can I get a witness? Give me an "Amen"! -
The one guy who might be available, and I would be all-in on getting him, if the price was not ridiculous.

Yep - 36 games & counting not throwing for 300 yards.....
CSBill replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Who cares, they won! Did you notice the Bills are 3-0 while you were busy looking up those stats? -
Two thoughts: 1 - Game three last year should serve as a good warning to all of us. 2 - When reviewing these picks, on both sites, it seems there is a huge competition gap between the "have's" and the "have-nots", especially for this early on the season???

This is a must win game for the Bills.
CSBill replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is where I'm at ??? Logically? = No! Still plenty of time and pathways to the playoffs Emotionally? = Yes! A loss would be a huge blow to the psyche of the team, and especially to the current "high" of its fan base.
